Everyone with a dog please beware of this grooming place. It's now been 2 years since they shaved my Pomeranian and the hopes of him ever being the same are finally completely gone. I still vividly remember the call, I asked for a teddy bear look he always got and they called me crying that one of the groomers accidentally misread notes for another dog. So he was shaved accidentally! He has skin condition that was caused due to the shaving and skin exposure. We have tried supplements, oils, etc to help his hair grow and the fact of the matter is his skin should have never been exposed. This breed does not grow back hair once shaved!!!! They think they can make it "ok" by some merely free washes for less than a year. I would rather pay full service than to have this long lasting condition with our dog. They have taken zero accountability for the mistake they made on our family dog and I'm tired of not letting more people know. Please beware take your pups someplace else!! read more

Milk is a very anxious boy and doesn't get along with people easily. His nails and hair were getting long and in need of maintenance however. We called Oh My Dog! Grooming and schedule a full grooming. Minnie arrived in her mobile cleaning vehicle and she was very kind and helpful. She really knows her dogs because Milk got along with her ASAP! Throughout the service she was keeping me updated on Milk's progress and catering to my grooming needs for Milk. When Milk finished he looked incredibly handsome and happy! He smells good and really liked Minnie's company as well. I definitely recommend getting your furry loved ones groomed here. Loved the staff they were nice but I did stress on not cutting my dogs ear hair which are big personality traits of hers and they cut them off completely when I asked for a small trim. She also has 5 nails in which the quick was cut and there is visible blood, one being much shorter than the rest. Was excited to try due to the reviews but was not happy with the care. She's soft and clean that's all I'm happy about. Don't see myself returning here unfortunately. Also read a simple trim and bath was $35 when I was charged $60. Doesn't have pricing listed anywhere so not sure if pricing has changed. We were booked with Marianna. read more

NOW I am back but taking my own doggy! I finally found a pup that does not stir up my allergies & I knew they were the groomers to see. We book our appts with Jody & she has been wonderful to our furry friend! He is a rescue so he's pretty nervous to anything new but Jody understands and treats him how he should be treated. She's very friendly & gives me & I'm sure my pup a sense of calmness. Anytime he goes he gets so many compliments on his cut that makes me feel like a proud mom lol The appts are always on time & he usually there no longer than 2 hours. Minnie was our groomer for our family poodle mix yesterday. She was very kind and professional during drop off and pick up. Our timid guy liked her right away because she was gentle and got down to his level. I loved that she tried to keep some length even with a few mats on his body. Jody is absolutely the greatest dog groomer ever. She listens to any concerns you may have about your pet and is very patient. My chihuahua mix Selena is extremely scared of people but whenever I take her Selena is giving Jody kisses and that makes me feel so great. The prices are also extremely reasonable especially in comparison to places like petco or petsmart. A $90 service that you get at those places where your dog is uncomfortable, service is half done, and you wait atleast 4 hours to pick up where as at oh my dog grooming you get excellent service and a comfortable pup in about 2 hours . I just want to say how happy I was when I saw my Cannoli walk out with one of the best haircuts he's ever gotten! It was our first time after going to Petsmart a couple of times and this place was 100x better! Petsmart would charge an extra $35 on top of the $75 and tell me my dog did not listen, would bite, and move too much but today Katie assured me that Cannoli was such a good boy and listened very well. A week prior our regular groomer could not groom our shih tzu because he was being uncooperative, they had called my husband to have him picked up. My dog gets very anxious at the groomers due to past trauma at the previous place we used to go to, so I am so thankful to all the groomers for being so patient and kind with him because I know how much of a handful he can be.
