They found and treated a couple of nests, and also found one near my chimney that was too high for them to treat that day. They informed my wife that they didn't think that the bees at that nest were able to get in the house, but if we still had bees getting inside after a few days they would come back more prepared and attempt treat that nest as well. Well, we still had bees getting inside so we called them to come back out. They said they wouldn't be coming out because they didn't have a way to get that high to treat them. I'm not sure why the technician would tell us they would come back while they were here but when we call they said they wouldn't come back out. I would much rather have been told they couldn't treat everything up front rather than pay them and then have to hire another company to finish what they started.
