The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. He found an opening for the following afternoon. He was accommodating and even took us on a tour of the place. We arrived the next day and Scott greeted us, brought us to the Room of Tranquility and gave us Tea. We met Aaron and Logan. They asked how we would like the pressure and brought us to the room. Both of our massages were just as we requested. We had every muscle worked and were so relaxed. They asked how we were doing throughout our treatments ensuring we were okay.
