Found this spot on a whim on an all ladies Napa adventure! So stoked that our timing worked out great and we were surprisingly able to just walk-in so we could spruce up before the main events! Quality work, great pricing, friendly service. It was nice to see some regulars come in even and that the staff greeted them and caught up since the last time they saw each other so that familiar local vibe popped out too. Definitely worth the day trip from South Bay to Napa just for the friendliness, pricing and quality received. Although I do recommend making an appointment as we were able to slip in on a rare slow moment. The phone was ringing while we were there with people trying to beautify same day as well and they were booked up later in the day already. read more

I really love this little salon and I love how the owner remembers me from last year when I came into visit. It's very clean in this salon and they do the world's best pedicure!! I had the deluxe treatment as my feet once again looked like I could fly over the Napa River and swoop up a salmon. Lol anyhow the manicure was equally as relaxing and rewarding. I don't do the whole fake nails thing and do not use polish. I'm a walker/hiker so my feet take a heck of a beating. I walked out of this salon feeling refreshed and relaxed! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!! We went once and ended up getting one nail infected with fungus !!!! The lady cut my finger and didn't acknowledge what she did !!!!! My friend and I were in Napa for a Bachelorette Party. We happened to go downtown to scope out where dinner was going to be and had a few hours to burn before we all met up. I saw this nail spot close by and we both went in to check it out. They accommodated us both immediately. My friend had a manicure done and I ended up having a pedicure and manicure done. While I was getting my pedi done and selected what I wanted for my manicure, the manicurist suggested getting an acrylic set due to my nails being very very short. I agreed, ladies night out and all and it was my first time ever having them done. Can I just say I am in love. This is a little over a week since they have been on and I am still in love with them. I get compliments wherever I go and this is the first time I've seen myself with this nail shape and length. In love. FANTASTIC! First timer here! Went in on lunch break for a full acrylic set gel polish. Made an apt, I was seen within 3/5 min of arrival, they weren't busy but more employees showed up as I sat. My nail tech had excellent English, she didn't talk much which I prefer since I'm not always talkative. She was super quick but deff. Took her time to be sure it was done safely and perfect. End result, FABULOUS! The shop itself was typical, not super clean and average decor. But when you go for a full set or fill that doesn't matter. I'd go elsewhere for a pedicure because those I wanna feel pampered and a lush environment. Will TOTALLY go back. Ps. A nice women was getting a manicure and was specific to how she wanted it done, asking for corrections and specific wants along the way and was really taken care of with other techs helping the language barrier to be sure she got exactly what she was requesting. read more

What a great nail shop! We stopped in this past Sunday and were taken right away. So true walk in service unlike some other shops that advertise walks in welcome to only find walk ins are not welcome. Once seated, this mister and I were getting manis and pedis, we were handed a menu of services to choose from. Ended up choosing the middle one ($35)for pedi and a regular manicure ($25). Both of us were happy with the quality, cleanliness and overall friendly attitudes of this nail shop. Even not was I write this I can see my buffer nails catching the light. Woooo, shiny. Three of us walked in for impromptu nail treatments. There was only one employee there which meant we each had to wait for the others to be done before getting our own treatments done. Thankfully we were the only clients there. I chose to get a pedicure & was left waiting in the pedicure chair with no warm water or anything. It was 64° in the shop! I was hoping to warm up, but no. When the tub was eventually filled, still little to no hot water. She finally filled a container in the back room & I could hear a microwave running! She added that to the already cool water. The "hot stones" weren't hot or even warm. I don't feel I got the service that was paid for. There was also an issue when paying with a credit card. Seriously bad. read more

Wherever Kate goes; I go. Before 10 days ago, I had no idea that this place existed. But now I love it!! Kate has been doing my nails for years. Once I found out she moved to this location: I had to book! The salon is small, but it's very clean and equipped. I love the location!!! It's in the heart of downtown Napa. You can walk to get coffee or grab a bite to eat after your nails get done! And parking wasn't a pain! There are multiple lots and tons of street parking. The staff is very personable. I loved that as soon I walked into the place: I was greeted and offered water. No complaints here! And my nails still look great. Been getting compliments left and right! read more

NEVER AGAIN :-( I used to come to Napa Nails faithfully and then when they expanded the whole vibe changed so I moved on to Red Wine City Nails (where I've been going for a couple of years now). I decided to try Napa Nails again because Red Wine Cory doesn't have grey polish in shellac and they do... Vibe is still so "unhappy" in there. It's just meh..... I wish had the name of the girl that did my toes... i'm so irritated right now I don't even want to get into the details but she is clearly miserable at her job and I literally had to ask them to remove it all. I have NEVER asked a nail tech to remove polish - sometimes they're not to your full satisfaction but who cares - it's polish. This time was so bad he was not acceptable on any level. I was ready to bounce but the gal who seems to be the popular one and most friendly came to the rescue. I HATE leaving negative reviews..... it always makes me feel bad but on top of the filthy rub basins, caked over massage remotes and dingy everything, the pedicure from H E L L pushed me over the edge. First time at this salon - I was able to walk in and a chair was prepared for my pedicure and gel manicure. Previous times I had driven by and the salon looked busy. I was happy this time it seems the odds were in my favor. I didn't catch the name of my technician who took care of my pedicure, but she did an amazing job. She was thorough with my cuticles and I noticed she continually checked if she needed to cut a little more or file a little more. My gel manicure with Vicky is one to speak highly of. She didn't cut too much of my cuticles, and my French tips with Shellac #3 on top to add a just a little sparkle, turned out just how I wanted them to. Very happy with the end result. read more

Usually uncomfortable, I kept quiet at first because of the language challenges except for the basics. I requested a color change and manicure for my nails in Gel. Enni was fabulous! She was bright and funny and conversational ! She seems the type of person who would rise to any challenge. I'm a Napa Valley local, and I've been to a few different nail salons. Napa Nails is very clean (which is a must, of course), the staff is very friendly, and they work fast and efficiently. They do often switch to different people depending upon what you want done, but I believe it's to ensure you're getting the best quality, and using an employee's strengths. I have been coming here regularly now, and I have almost always been extremely satisfied. All the staff does a wonderful job, but Kate does exceptional design work. She's extremely creative, precise, and fast! I literally asked her to do a flower, and she searched images online to find something different that she could do. Talk about dedicated customer service! DONT GO HERE !!! I have been here several of times & worked with a guy named Jackie , he always had my coffin shape right so I always went back . Although yesterday I went in to get my nails done for a special occasion and I showed him a picture exactly how I wanted them.. once he placed the acrylic and filed my nails they were so short!!! I asked him nicely and he did not want to fix & he said it was my fault .. why would I want short nails if the reason for me getting my nails done is to have long nails?!?! if I wanted short nails I would have just painted mine myself!! I then asked him to remove them if the case was that he did not want to fix, he was calling me names and screaming at me telling him he wasn't going to fix my mistakes.. he told me he never wanted to see me again and so on.. he made such a huge unprofessional scene for no reason, all I did as was for him to fix it and do them like the picture i showed him.. It got to the point where other customers had to defend me from Jackie and rest of the staff .. I asked for him to take off the nails and I would go else where and Below is a picture of how he wanted to "cut" my nails off and also a picture of how I wanted my nails to look ... don't Go here!!! read more

This place is absolute BS. DO. NOT. GO. 1. I called in advance and was told to come immediately for a manicure. I got there and waited close to 40 minutes while they handled other customers and ignored me sitting at the nail table. 2. They did my nails fast and horribly. Terrible filing and clipping, all uneven. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Zero hand massage. 3. They seated me in a side room to dry my nails under freezing air on a greasy table. 4. These women who came before me got manis and pedis. They tipped the main owner 3 large bills (I'm assuming that she's the manager at least) and specifically told her to give each of the two other employees their own bill. They even asked if they should give the money directly. I watched from the side room as she proceeded to set one bill in her purse, then place the two other bills aside before she thought twice, reopened her purse, put them in it, then pulled out two smaller bills for the other two. 5. They told me the price was $15 for a plain manicure when it said online it was $13. When I asked to see a menu they couldn't seem to find one ANYWHERE. read more
