This company has caused the life of myself and my handicapped son to be in potential danger. They were sent by my home warranty company to install a new furnace. In the process, they messed up lines to my internet causing me to lose internet services. ATT comes out and informs me they had indeed messed up some lines. They arrived with an attitude, after postponing 5 times. Warranty company told them they were to get to my job immediately, no more excuses, so I guess they were not happy from the get go. Fast forward to a few months ago when my regular HVAC company came to do the bi-annual inspection, and discovered a mess under my house. The scariest part was the fact Ecopump connected my furnace using a hose intended for a clothes dryer. It wasn't clamped, or adequately taped on, and duct was not connected to part of the back of the house. The duckwork was shot and aged, but no mention of this when they installed. The plenum had a huge hole in it, but warranty company kept insisting the pictures they were shown were just reflective tape peeling off. But.....they had a picture of a rabbit living in the plenum! I have ceased communication with the warranty company pending an attorney review, at which time I will add this company to the lawsuit. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. read more

I spoke with Billy at Eco Pump Services and arranged to have my septic tank pumped out. The truck showed up with a two man crew and they got right to work. A few minutes later Billy himself showed up. The crew pumped out the tank and sprayed it down and Billy had me come take a look to make sure I was satisfied. I was driving on 11th Ave in Pompano Beach on Thursday morning around 8:00 AM when I saw an Eco Pump truck stopped in the middle of the road with its doors open. I then saw the passenger in the truck moving towards an elderly lady who had tripped on the uneven sidewalk and had fallen down. These two Eco Pump employees stopped and helped a stranger in need. It was so great to see such an act of kindness, especially in the day and age. Luckily the lady was OK.
