    Parking lot

This review is for donation drop offs. I haven't visited Eco Thrift in a long time and when I went on a Monday afternoon, it was packed on a rainy day! The parking lot was full and it was packed inside. From what I saw it looked like they had some good deals. I specifically went here to try to drop off donations. The hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-1pm only. They take everything for the most part and don't forget to ask for a tax deductible receipt. The workers were very kind and hard working given all of the stuff they receive. I donated shoes and books.

    Over-priced used jeans

I've been a faithful customer for YEARS but my last few trips leaves me questioning my loyalty. Picking over over- priced used clothes is a complete waste of my time. Maybe the tides will change.

Charging $40 for a simple pair of jeans!!? What kind of thrift store is this? Absolutely pathetic

Ive posted about this place on google already. $100 for a jacket at the thrift store?!! How are they still even in business. Half the racks are always empty, store is absolutely filthy. Whoever the manager is needs to start actually doing his job once and a while. DO NOT COME HERE

Hours to drop off items . You can't drop off baby items or certain electronics. But they have a lot of good stuff here

I can't believe it's dirt cheap and they have discounts each day, depending on the color tags.

They have a power packed variety of clothing and goods, many high quality items for dirt cheap prices. The staff are also the sweetest and very helpful. I brought $20 in cash and left with a flawless vintage Wilson's leather jacket, another name brand cardigan, and two other high quality tops as wardrobe staples. The hours are very limited so come with focus and efficiency in mind. I only shopped for 10 minutes before they closed, and know I hardly scratched the surface. So I can't wait to come back for more deals with more time, and a chance supporting a great cause!

On my first visit, which was a while ago, I got the impression that this was a rather small space. However, it seems flexible inside and they have literally pushed the merchandise all the way back to the main walls and the space is greatly enlarged. This time they had tons of stuff, lots of Christmas stuff, and as far as I can figure, it was all on sale. Prices were very low. I saw many items on sale for either 50% off or as little as 25 cents per item. there were definitely sales where the signs were either missing or unclear. I got quite a surprise when a swatch of fabric, which I thought was six dollars turned out to be 50 cents. The quality of the items range from some highly coveted brands (not in my size, too bad), to the usual I haven't heard of these. The condition range from nearly brand new to very worn. They have an enormous range of merchandise for a thrift shop, they had lots of books, shoes, men's, women's and children's clothing, surprisingly large purse selection, electronics, all sorts of fabrics and linens, dining and cookware. As far as I can tell, the only day of the week where you can donate is Wednesdays. But it's quite the operation on Wednesdays. They received my donations, swiftly and efficiently. It's a pretty small parking lot and with the activity from the donations the lot was full. But with a bit of patience, the people who have completed their donations and don't plan to shop opens spots very quickly. They only accept cash. No credit cards, no phone apps, just cash. But on both my trips to the shop I could barely get to five dollars. I don't think it's going to be a hardship.

It's no longer a dark and cramped museum of over-priced items that sit for literal years, gathering dust. It's now a bright, spacious, and dynamic place to shop and visit. The new owners (a young sister duo) have an incredible eye for pieces from every decade in the past 100 years. No matter what you collect - be it media, ephemera, kitsch, housewares, soft goods, lighting, home decor, clothing, jewelry/accessories, or furniture - you WILL find something that calls out to you for a price you can't resist. I especially enjoy chatting with Sam (the sister who happens to have been there each time I've visited) about our shared fascination with the stories behind, well, everything. There's just something about knowing where an object came from and who loved it first that makes it extra precious. Bonus: A cat museum - appropriate to the store name - is being planned. The manager (possibly owner?) is very hands-on and her hard work is evidenced by a space that's clean, wonderfully arranged, and appealing to shop in. As I overheard conversations happening around me, I picked up on a sense of community...sure enough, I have since learned that ReVibe is connected to vibetogether.org, whose goal is "to create a positive impact in our community by bridging mental health and the arts. Our mission is to empower individuals through support, emotional well-being, self-expression, and community healing." The main shop is so organized and thoughtfully laid out that it feels like a boutique. Adult apparel is in the primary room, with smaller rooms for accessories and kid's clothes, books, and toys. For now, housewares are in a separate room to the right of the main shop, but there are plans to eventually tear down the wall separating the two spaces to make one large shop. Before I even left ReVibe, I was already thinking about doing a big purge at home so that I could bring donations in soon. I'd rather drive all the way from San Francisco to Benicia to support this shop than take my things to Goodwill or Salvation Army. ReVibe deserves all the support we can give!
