I was left with permanent scarring after an extremely unprofessional injector who word for word said "oh sh**" when injecting into my orbital bone leaving me with significant bruising and now a permanent scar both on the surface of the skin and below (subdermally). Several other doctors have since seen the injury and said this is not a location that is safe for Botox. Please be careful, I have included pictures for reference from the weeks following the injury and can also provide what it looks like now almost 2 years later. Since I wasn't expecting that cost, I basically begged and they allowed one complimentary session that day but had me pay a $100 deposit for my next appointment (4/25/26). Two days before my April 25 appointment, I called to reschedule it for a later date. On April 25th my card was unexpectedly charged $1,000 without authorization. I immediately contacted the location, but since then I've had no resolution from management and have had to dispute the charge with my bank. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.
