I started with Autumn who I loved who then later on left me in such comparable hands (Susan's) due to our schedules/locations not always allowing us to meet. If you've ever had a Brazilian, you know how uncomfortable it can be, being naked down there and fully exposed on top of it all initially made it seem worse. That almost instantly changed with both Autumn & Susan alike, they were equally relatable, attentive, funny, & kind. Especially after going to her for 7 years. It started with the purchase of some recommended product. I was told in person that a 1/2 gallon size was $25, so I asked her to proceed and order it for me. Four days later I received a text stating that the 1/2 gallon was $40 and the 25 oz was $25, so still being the best value at $40, I told her I still wanted the product in the half gallon size. When I went to pick it up, I handed her the $40 and she asked me where the rest was??? I told her $40 is what she had quoted me, and she contradicted me, saying it was $50." $40 was all I had, so I told her I still had the text where she had quoted $40. She asked me to prove it, so I pulled up the text and she still looked unconvinced as she looked at her own text, but she finally conceded stating she guessed it was fine. So I paid and left. In the meantime my family has had long awaited plans to move south in the metroplex, so my mother in law recommended her long time stylist to me. I texted Kimberly to notify her that we were moving, and although I knew the brand of hair color product she uses, I needed to know what color mixture she used specifically for my roots. I had planned to forward Kimberly's texted response to my new stylist, but I received no response. I texted the next day asking if she had received my text the previous day. Still no response, so I called and she picked up the phone and hung up. I tried a few other times and it continually went to voicemail with no responses. At this point I was perplexed as to why I was being ignored and could only think of the product purchase misunderstanding. So I finally gave Kimberly's number to my new stylist, thinking she would give the information directly to her. My new stylist said Kimberly did answer, but wouldn't give any information regarding my color because she told her she had already spoken to me and given the information to me. So my new stylist calls me and asks me for the formulation so she can order it for my scheduled upcoming appointment. I told her I had not received any text response, nor a return phone call from Kimberly. We were both confused thinking maybe technology was to blame, so I called Kimberly once more, and left her a voicemail letting her know that I hadn't received any texts or voicemail responses with my color information, and asked her to please resend. I got a text the next morning, 9 days after my initial attempt at contacting Kimberly, stating that she was sorry and thought she had already sent the text to me stating that she didn't give out her trade secrets. I don't understand how a color formulation specifically mixed for my roots is a trade secret, but I let my new stylist know and she came up with something that worked very well. My hair color looks vibrant and healthier than it did the during the time I was going to Kimberly, so Kimberly's snub worked in my favor. However, my new stylist says it's not uncommon for people to move, or to just want to switch stylists for whatever reason. She's says she's never seen a stylist that was unwilling to help their client transition to someone else the way Kimberly reacted to me. Completely unprofessional! ~Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware.

The doctor was very attentive, listened without rushing me along and gave me great information about my skin condition. If I hadn't gone, I would have lost sleep and driven myself nuts with worry. We got a good laugh out of how overjoyed I was to not have skin cancer and then he prescribed an ointment to help. The front office staff was courteous, professional and called me when an appointment came up 2 weeks sooner than what was originally available. At a previous dermatologist I was rushed, didn't understand what my skin condition was and didn't know how much or how often to use the meds that were prescribed. First I want to start by saying this is a nice facility. Not some shady office, but also not a chain med spa vibe. It's clean and pretty inside. Secondly, the staff are so nice. This is my biggest complaint at other offices. So many snotty people. Arabella was genuinely the sweetest, most down to earth and friendly assistant. When she welcomes you in you'll genuinely want to be her friend. Third, Tatiana is also so nice, but on top of that she is so knowledgeable and skilled with her technique. I was a little nervous to get a full syringe because in the past no one has been able to do my small but shapely lips without causing migration. Tatiana walked me through everything and I truly felt like she wouldn't inject a full syringe if she didn't think it was possible... and boy am I so glad I trusted her because my lips look beautiful. The shape and symmetry are immaculate. I've thoroughly vet anyone I let touch my lips and have seen some of the best in the dfw but none were as good as Tatiana. You can tell she keeps up with the industry and knowledge in her field. And her technique is truly something special. Lastly, their pricing is so fair. As I mentioned, I've seen several injectors over the years, and I believe you get what you pay for... but at times I've definitely overpaid to end up with results that I wasn't totally pleased with. The pricing here is absolutely fair for a top quality salon. It's not Groupon price (but you should not be Groupon-ing your face). My full syringe was just under 700 but they also had a special going on so all in all I think I paid a little over 600. I also saw her open new product in front of my right out of the box, which is important to me because over the years I've also learned that sometimes injectors will dilute or mix products with a cheaper less effective product. I will absolutely be coming back and also will be recommending my friends/family to go here because it feels so difficult to find genuinely good injectors who aren't snotty and are also highly skilled. I stumbled upon Geneva Med spa on instagram and immediately booked an appointment. Tatiana did a beautiful job on my lips and toxin. My lip filler looked phenomenal and my toxin lasted months compared to where I was going previously. I've been back since for more toxin (4 months vs the previous place I went to for years my toxin would only last me 2 months) and a hydrafacial. She is as friendly and lovely over the phone as she is in person. What a wonderful first impression to Cosmetic Surgery Associates of Texas! I met with Dr. Natan Yaker and immediately felt at ease with him and knew he was the surgeon for me! We discussed my goals and set about making a plan for surgery. The entire staff is so helpful and kind. Nurse Edna is especially kind and skillful at removing stitches, as is Yeimi. I met with Carrie, the patient coordinator and she was so accommodating. Raquel, the office manager and Vanessa at the front desk round out the incredible staff. The consultation and pre-op appointments were professional and I was excited when my surgery date arrived.
