I tried to replace the power window motor on my Silverado by myself. Big mistake. Once I got the door apart I realized that it was a MUCH more complex job than I expected. I talked to Rick on the phone and he said, "we'll use your part and complete it for you." They did, and I was shocked when I got the bill: $95!! This morning my car got a full detailing service, and I'm disappointed with the results. The guy doing the work failed to open and remove dirt from the arm rest/ console box in the middle of the front seats of my car, he also left behind a noticeable smudge on the window. It's evident that he rushed through the job, and the lack of attention to detail was obvious. I will not be returning to premier auto detailing nor recommending their services to others.

Instead he tried to insult me like Herman by saying my car was old,ect,ect.. Meanwhile I just got a brand new engine from Dodge installed at Dodge. In other words I take care of my car. All I want is for my car to have really been Ceramic coated like I was promised. At best,I probably got a wax done,and to top it off it brought out new scratches that weren't there before I took my car there. Yes,my car is 13 years old but the paint is still good and if they would have warned me about the car maybe not coming out good I would have rather sent my car to get painted then coated after or even wrapped. When I picked up my car to make the final payment I was not informed that there would be a card fee if I used a credit card. If I was informed of this I would of paid in cash. After numerous messages sent to the owner of the business he refused to remove the card fee even though I was never notified that there would be a card fee. It was Independence Day - July 4th 2020. I was headed out of town with the whole family packed up…read morein the mini van starting out on a 10 hour road trip. Something is wrong. The van starts shaking itself to pieces. We limp back towards El Paso reaching out to any tire shop, auto shop, body shop ANYBODY that might be open on the holiday. Dozens and dozens of calls later we finally find Pronto! Tiffany is absolutely terrific and offers to have her mechanic return to the shop to test drive the vehicle. Javier is very friendly and we jump in the car. I don't think we went a quarter mile before he pinpointed the problem - it was crazy. He knew what he was looking for before he even opened the door to go look for it. He then proceeded to crawl around until he had found a difficult to see bulge in the tire tread where the radial metal was coming apart below the rubber. We returned to the shop where he moved three vehicles out of the way to help me move my vehicle into the shop and then proceeded to put on a spare. He was very fast, efficient and super nice. Tiffany refused to take any $$. They gave that hour away for free and didn't charge me a cent! These are great people El Paso! The best. Make sure you support them.
