So i went today around 1:50 am to go wash my car and i decided to use the automatic car wash and got the basic option for $7 i understand it was $7 but while i was in the wash i was only sprayed with soap and after it just stopped the wash turned off i was waiting thinking maybe it was letting my car soak but no it just turned off didn't even dry my car so i had to go ahead and wash it myself manually mind you it was like i said almost 2 am and cold smh this was really disappointing read more

I am tempted to give a 1-star review after our experience today, but since my car did leave the car wash cleaner than when we arrived I will say it was a 2-star experience. The first issue we ran into is that their machine which exchanges cash for coins has been out of service for several days now. Unless you already have a bunch of quarters at home, it is difficult to use this car wash. We pulled my car in and put in 5 quarters ($1.25) to start our machine. The water worked fine, and the light turned on & the machine started beeping pretty soon after. We put in 1 additional quarter & it didn't stop, so we added more, and it didn't stop until we had put in 3 quarters. Very soon after that, the machine turned off completely. We had to put in 5 more quarters to start it again since my car was already wet at this point. We turned on the foam brush, and almost no foam / soap came out - it was like mildly soapy water. Rather than risk wasting more quarters, we let that machine run out and went to a different one. In the end, we ended up spending way more than we should have had to just to get my car semi clean. Since we did not have the proper time or the tools to get the job done well, we left with some spots and bugs still stuck to my car. We could have probably accomplished the same thing with a backyard hose. In the future, we will be looking for a different self-service car wash to use. read more

The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. The drive-thru wash usually gets busy on Friday afternoon, I suggest coming a different time if you prefer not to wait. There is a do it yourself area, for washing and vacuuming. It takes quarters. *if you can remember to save your receipts, after 9 washes you get a freebie!* read more

Poor kept, the washing bays are always full of mud. This is last time I use this car wash facility. The foam wasnt dispensing soap, I informed the workers if the soap was low and guess what it was completely empty. I've been previously washing my cars with nothing but water and a brush. Don't bother coming here. A dollar machine that doesn't work and only accepts $1 dollar bills, really no $5 dollar bills. That's one tight owner. read more

I'm confused on some of these reviews stating they received a very detailed cleaning of the interior because that is not what I got after paying $16 for this so called "super deluxe". There was nothing deluxe about it. The outside car wash was good, and I really liked that they included the hand drying. However, the inside cleaning was not what I expected. It was just a sub-par job. They missed obvious dust and dirt on the floor. I wiped away some of the things they missed, and it only took my 5 seconds of my time to wipe it away in one swipe, so I am confused why two men completely overlooked it. I would probably go there for the outside wash, but I can do a better job on the inside. read more

I found this place on yelp and immediately went there when I was in El Paso running errands (I live in Las Cruces). (Which btw- Las Crucens- if you're reading this, please find a way to bring a place like this to our town). Not only were the employees super nice and helpful but their work is amazing! They were even nice enough to buff out some scratches on my car for me! The prices are amazing and if I lived in El Paso I would definitely get the monthly unlimited bc with just 2 visits a month, it pays for itself. I'll definitely be coming here again! I am preparing for a road trip to San Antonio and I needed a place that did oil changes and carwashes. I decided to give this place a shot, even though there are places a little closer to me. I'm glad I did! The guys that work here were very courteous and helpful. My oil was changed quickly as well as my air filter, which wasn't as expensive as some of the other places I've been to. The carwash that came with it is very good, with a spot-free rinse that is really spot-free, I didn't need to wipe away any water spots. I will definitely be back. read more

So thankful for this place. I messaged them on a Sunday asking if they could detail my van. It was raining and they said they closed for the day, but they will send someone down to clean my van for me. The owner personally cleaned, shampooed, and vacuumed by car and made it sparkle. The owner is very responsive to issues. We were given less than standard service during an oil change (cap not tightly sealed, no oil change sticker given, no engine light reset). The owner quickly addressed it and made it clear that was unacceptable. He personally reached out and apologized. He clarified that Magic Touch does always give out oil change stickers, reset the engine light, and they also report their servicing to Carfax! Judging from the owner's response, the bad experience last week really does seem like a fluke. The employee there may have been grumpy/having an off day. read more

I've been using this place since 2014 and there washes are great with the exception of their drying process. Over a year ago they moved the guys into the shade to get out of the sun im assuming. Well this change definitely helps them but now They do a terrible job drying your car because they are rushed with additional cars coming out of the tunnel read more

For $18.95 my Kia Soul gets a complete wash to include hand drying, vacuum, windows (inside and out), wheels and tires! They were very disorganized, they added services that I didn't want, but they admitted it was due to poor communication on their part so they only charged me the original quoted price. They forgot to put some of my stuff back in my car so I had to go back. Also they never called to tell me my car was done like they said they would ( we had to leave it overnight) and the next day I called at least 5 times and never got an answer so we just drove down there to see if the car was done. I have been going to this location on Mesa Hills for years. They have self-service bays to wash/vacuum yourself (bring quarters!), you can run through the mechanical wash and if you pick the #5 wash, you get a wheel scrub, run through the car wash and then get a wipe down, vacuum and window cleaning with seat and door wipe down. Friendly folks, they care about doing a good job for you and don't steal your ashtray change like some places. Chances are the owners are running the crew, they are usually on site. Also, a good place for STATE INSPECTIONS if you car is up to pass. Very quick, and some grease monkey doesn't mess up your car. Be sure to tip for good service, and support a local business that works hard for their customers. read more

I am disappointed in the "service" at this place. I stopped in two days ago to talk about getting my car detailed and waxed. The guy I talked to evidently is the "detail" guy. We agreed on $140 for internal detailing, and $30 for a wax job. I went back this morning at 8:30 to drop off the car. Nobody was there working. After about 10 minutes some guy pulled in, and put on his shoes as he was getting out of the car, and appeared to be a guy who worked there. I asked him about dropping off the car and getting it detailed, and he said that he is not the detail guy. I asked if the detail guy ever comes to work, and he said "yep, at 8:30". Well I pointed out to him that it was 8:45, and he answered "traffic". I waited a few more minutes and a car with two guys in it, stopped and they got out and they started walking towards the office. So, I told them the office was closed, and they answered that they worked there and were going into the office. So, I asked about leaving my car to be detailed, and they both said they don't do "detail". In response to my question as to who I should talk to, they said the detail guy wasn't there yet. Well, it was after 9 now, so, time to head to another place to see about getting my car detailed. Nice place, but nobody wants to do any work, all chiefs, no indians. Couple of weeks ago they added services I didn't request. Then, after thinking I'd give him a couple more chances they were low on personnel and asked me if I wanted to wait. I've been coming here for years with three different vehicles and the service has went downhill. Probably will not come back. The facility is well-maintained and their self-service area is well-equipped. I was in the Westside area looking for a touch-less car wash after purchasing a new Audi with an upgraded paint job. It was shipped from Phoenix the day before, so it was quite dirty from the trip. I was concerned about a normal mechanical car wash scratching my new paint job. I called Magic Touch, and Jaime was willing to provide an exterior hand wash for $20, even though customers generally go through a mechanical wash. After arriving and meeting with Jaime, I pulled into a car wash bay, and Jaime called over Cesar to wash my car. Not wanting to just stand there and let Cesar do all the work, I decided to help wash my own car. They had all the proper wash cloths and drying cloths. Between the three of us, we washed and dried the car quickly. Cesar told me that he has worked there for over 4 years, so he knows a thing or two about washing cars.
