I never write reviews but words can't explain how much these guys helped us out. My in-laws were having a serious mice issue in their home and I called a couple companies and i finally spoke to Isaiah he was pretty straight forward and told me everything i needed to know even the price of the service and didn't beat around the bush. Everything was fine after the first visit which i thought and everything seemed good. But it wasn't :( the mice issue died down but my in-laws called us due to the fact that they found a mouse inside their box of cereal and dropping inside their cabinets. So i called these guys back and even though i was several days past warranty they still sent a tech back out same day and even offered us the option of opting in to a program and waived their initial fee. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of this company and thought it was right to leave them a review. I've used EcoFusion Pest Control a few times before and always had a good experience, especially when I used to deal directly with Isaiah -- he was always professional, helpful, and made sure everything went smooth. The tech that came out this time did a great job too, no complaints there at all. But honestly, whoever answered the phone this time really rubbed me the wrong way. Super short, didn't seem to care, and just had an attitude like I was bothering them. I almost hung up and called someone else. It's disappointing because I know EcoFusion usually has great service, but that first impression matters -- especially when you're calling about something urgent. The technician still did good work (which is why I'm not giving one star), but the person answering the phone seriously needs some customer service training. I hope management sees this because I'd hate to stop using a company I used to really like just because of one rude office person. read more

Okay lets start, you can't go wrong booking these guys! My roommates and I were in a bad situation with Bed Bugs which was making everyone feel Itch like crazy. We were desperate to get it checked out and treated ASAP. I called Ecofusion in the afternoon and they made an appointment to come out next day which was great. they were very friendly and professional! Also the prices were very reasonable. They explained over the phone how we could take action immediately and they scheduled us an appointment for inspection the next day. A day later they came back out to spray and the man was very friendly and efficient and he patiently answered all 1000 questions that I had. We will have to wait and see if the spraying actually worked 100% but we are hopeful! read more

That being said, I was very pleased with Isaiah and his assistant, who performed the inspection and treatment in my guest room. Isaiah went out of his way to squeeze me the same day I called as he heard the concern and anxiety in my voice. Both were on time, pleasant, and professional. Isaiah answered all of my questions and explained the process step-by-step to ensure I was 100% clear about what to expect after the treatment. Me and my roommates suspected we had a mice issue and looked up a few companies but are glad we went with Eco Fusion. They came out same day and were able to work around our schedules. They sealed up a bunch of holes we didn't know we had and we only had to have them come out once even though they offered a one month warranty. He closed up some gaps behind my stove and under my sink and included a 2 month guarantee if they should return. He also gave me some tips to control them myself. I had a lovely conversation with Isaiah about the difference between mice and rats would you believe that because I wouldn't they did great over the phone calming down my roommate who was freaking out over mice. We had many issues with ants and cave crickets! Eco fusion came in and we are now ant free and the cave crickets have disappeared! They are always on time and reasonably priced! Thanks for keeping the bugs out! read more
