Kana done an amazing job of covering every area outside my home and explained every detail to me. He even stated that if I have any issues just to call and he will return. As a bonus. I hired EcoGen Pest Control after a poor experience with another extermination company. Phil was very responsive! He replied to my request right away and when I told him I was home from work and would love service same day, he made that happen for me. They sent a tech named Kana who was very personable and explained the process and what to expect moving forward. During his service Kana found a couple of wasp hives in front of my home and he took care of them immediately and didn't charge me anything extra for the additional work. The next day he even came back to make sure he got all the wasps! I also received a call from the office the next day to make sure I was happy and to put my CC on file and the woman that called was just as personable and friendly as Kana and Phil. These guys really understand what customer services is all about and they do a phenomenal job. All I can say is wow! Eco Gen has 5 stars for a reason! I wasn't expecting for the owner to call me back when I had a list of questions before choosing a new pest control service... but the owner called! He spent a lot of time on the phone going over all that they do and offer and took time to explain how I can go from my old school monthly service mentality to every other month. I was super pleased after we spoke and then came the day of my service . Pest control guy Tom showed up and we walked around my house, yard and garage and he explained all that he was going to be doing . He didn't rush in and out, he took his time and did a great job doing barriers in places that needed it. My daughter even made the comment that he spent a long time doing the service! Great company. Staff is always friendly & very helpful but they're also great at what they do. They have helped me keep pests under control at two of our homes now. The first had a horrible scorpion problem that landlord didn't inform me of upon move in & I had a newborn so I was desperate to find someone to keep them away which they did. This place gets 5 stars!!! When the guy came to my door 2 years ago to talk to me, I wasn't sure if I needed their services. The gentleman wasn't pushy at all, just gave me his card, answered a few of my questions and said if I changed my mind, to give them a call. I eventually did. I am so glad I did!!! The technicians who come by are always friendly and professional. They always send me a text the day before giving me a 4 hour time window. There have been days I have forgotten they were coming, they still spray and de-web even when I don't answer my door in the places they can get to. If I need further services, I can call or TEXT, and they come back out!! I have been texting the person today bc I have moved and forgot to call them... what I love is they text back super quick. One time I had to get a new debit card, I forgot to call them and update it in the system, they still came out and sprayed. They then left me a message to call them and update it when I could. They didn't harass me about it, and when I called they were super friendly about it and understood that it slipped my mind. I love this company and I will continue using them!!!! read more

I have been a customer of Ecogen for about three years. They have consistently provided excellent customer service along with reliable treatments. Recently Mark, a technician, came to give my house a treatment and I was blown away with his knowledge, level of care, and quality of work. I have a rather spacious rock yard, and I observed as he walked the perimeter of the house insuring a good barrier was made. Mark also acknowledged my concerns when I told him I have an adventurous crawling baby, that honestly was licking the wall the day before. I have recommended Ecogen previously, and have recently to my sister (who's pest control company bills them, but never shows up!). This company was a pleasure to work with. Phil is very attentive and knowledgeable and the gentlemen who came out to do the treatments were very friendly as well. Phil was also very up front with the costs and the extent of the treatments required for our very invasive German cockroach problem. The pricing was higher than quotes I received from other companies, but I definitely feel I received great value for that price. I sent a message through Yelp to a few different companies, but EcoGen was the one that I decided to go with after speaking with the owner (Phil). Not only was he prompt and quick at responding, but he was honest with me! I didn't see that there was a coupon, but he offered it to me anyway. I feel that a lot of companies usually just want their customers to pay full price. I gave Phil a call the next morning to set up an appointment to help get rid of ants that we couldn't get rid of no matter what we tried! We could have had an appointment for the following day, but my child had an appointment so we got one for a Saturday. I can't for the life of me remember our technicians name, but he was a very kind and sweet man. He was very conscious of my children and my dog. To ensure that not only the spray would help, he left borax bait as well and made sure to put it in places where my dog and children couldn't get them. We didn't even need to bait because within a couple hours of spraying we hadn't seen a single ant! We still, nearly 3 weeks later, haven't seen a single bug in our house. After having our old pest control company become incommunicado we decided we needed to find a new company. Through Yelp we found EcoGen. The owner Phil immediately contacted us through email. I had some questions which he promptly answered. I then called & actually spoke to him on the phone. We scheduled for the next day. He told us they would be here between 12-2 & they were here at 1pm. We had Evan & Ryan & what can I say they were fabulous! We went over the property, pest concerns, having a pet & they went to work. These gentleman were professional, personable and overall just very nice guys. They did everything needed efficiently and in a very timely fashion. Afterwards they explained what they observed & what to watch for. I was thoroughly impressed with them, their company owner and I called the office to let them know what best days are for them to schedule & Tatiana was very personable as well in taking that information. I like the customer portal which allows you to pay your bill, know what upcoming services you have as well as being able to reference past activity. It is very easy to set up and use. I have been using EcoGen Pest control for my primary residence since 2015. They come out to my home to spray every other month. They are very professional. They always remind me of the upcoming service and ask if I need any inside treatment. They provide the invoice to my email shortly after each service to let me know the treated areas. Since they have been servicing my home I rarely see any cockroaches in my home or any other insects. I believe they use top quality products in my home. I have used other companies in the past here in Las Vegas and struggled to keep scorpions out of the home. I would recommend them to friends and family read more

I have had them for a year beforehand so I am a returning customer and I loved them so much that I asked them to come out a few times before I move because I cannot handle bugs. My original review was because I was seeing loads of bugs after them coming to my house twice. After they came out the third time I am still seeing bugs but I can definitely say it has gone down. I was able to talk to the guy and show him what the bugs looked like and he figured out what kind they were! They are a great company, which is why I still stayed in contact with them. I just wish they would've been able to help me before I made a review. You have to talk to the right people to have them work with you, so I do appreciate that they have been trying to help me out. I would like to say that I never said they were a bad company, I just had a bad experience and they corrected it. So don't be discouraged, those bugs will go away eventually. read more

I called around because I had a small bug problem in my kitchen. EcoGen had the best prices so I scheduled routine sprays with them. One of their techs came out and told me it was not a small bug problem but a very big one and it was German roaches which if you didn't know they are one of hardest bugs to get rid of. I flipped out and called Phil the owner to see what we could do. First Phil was amazing and so nice. He calmed me down and reassured me that it wasn't anything I did wrong that they're just good at being bugs. He explained everything about the process and what I needed to do. We set up a day for his tech Mark to come out and spray. Mark is AMAZING! Absolutely wonderful! I saw countless bugs before he came out but after he left I didn't see any. Dead or alive. He's very up front with me about what I needed to do like sweeping and cleaning. He also answered any questions I had about why it was so many services, why it has to be spaced out, etc. In short these guys are awesome, honest, and the best deal in town! We had a rat in our pantry, which we discovered a few weeks before Christmas., after throwing away almost everything I had, hundreds of dollars worth of food, no sign of the rat. We had traps set which were very hard to place with dogs and cats in the house and we waited. The rat went on the move ,he found its way to my son's room. Right under his pillow!! Time to call in the big guns! That's when we called Eco Gen. Mike came out,did an inspection of my home and my backyard , set a bait box in my yard to see if we have an ongoing problem or if maybe one of my cats had brought this particular rat in and it was an isolated case. It was, we hope. He placed traps all around the house in places as safe as we could with my pets and we waited. After about 2 weeks , I open my pantry door and there it is again! The RAT! Eco Gen came right back! We had blocked him in the pantry.Mike consulted their rat expert and we had a great rat trap set up outside the pantry door. The rat that had plauged my home was caught and dead 4hrs later. Eco Gen came no notice 2 days before Christmas, and followed up immediately when I needed help. He did an amazing job, with very meticulous eye for detail. he cleaned the slats between patio cover and dewebed the entire patio itself. I started service with EcoGen last year, and they are great. Very responsive, easy to schedule service, and most importantly, their product works. I love that they send an email reminder a few days prior to my scheduled service, and if I need to add interior service I simply reply to let them know. They are fast and efficient, and they use natural products that are safe for my pet and environmentally friendly. On my last scheduled service, I was convinced I had some sort of biting insect living inside my home. Mike from EcoGen helped me scour the interior of my home for whatever pest I was convinced was biting me. We're talking upside-down couch, and searching the seams of every cushion, pet bed, and pillow in my home. We found nothing- thank goodness, and it turned out to be an allergy- but I could rest assured knowing my home was bug-free.
