Horrible. Just Horrible. We got a bug infestation. Had them come spray inside and out. It would not go away and we kept getting bit up (thinking it was bed bugs somehow). A MANAGER came out and stated it was "just beetles" and "treated for it." It got worse. So much worse. Until we called another company and dropped a couple thousand on the company and they took care of it, confirming it was bed bugs. I emailed this company and they ignored me. Completely. I do not recommend this company. Initially, they were reliable and did good work, I was actually a customer for five years. Recently, however, they have gone downhill. they basically stopped showing up to my house and when I called to ask what was going on, they told me they had merged with another company which put them behind in their services. OK whatever no big deal I guess... It would've been nice to know that's what was going on, though. I told the woman on the phone I needed them to come out ASAP because I've been finding black widows in my house. She told me I was "actually due for a service this weekend." OK great... I get a message yesterday that they're scheduled between eight and 10 this morning. I waited all morning for them and no one ever showed up. When I reached out to ask what was going on they finally replied saying that the technician was not coming today and he's actually scheduled for next weekend, which is NOT what their text message said. This is totally unacceptable. How can a company be so disrespectful of someone's time? Especially when they're already over a month behind. I told them I wanted to cancel my service considering they should have already come out last month and did not communicate anything to me and then they no showed today. Well, then they tell me that in order to cancel my service. I would have to email them a 30 day notice and that any services scheduled within the 30 days would still be completed. This is bad business in my opinion.... All of a sudden they want communication! I told them I don't want them coming to my house anymore and to delete my credit card information from the customer portal since apparently there isn't even a way for me to do that myself. read more

The service rep Johnathan who comes to our house is always very polite and friendly and does a good job. The way the main office schedules appointments leaves something to be desired however as they only provide a 24 hour notice of when they're coming and don't actively schedule it with you. Unfortunately I would not recommend this service. 1) They sucker you into a one year contract 2) They make it very difficult to schedule appointments 3) They automatically schedule your time-slots for a random week-day (not your choice), and they only let you know 24 hours in advance 4) The time-slots are 2 hour windows but they have been late 4 out of 5 times. 5) They will no-show the appointment 50% of the time. Their reason being "we've had a long day, if you don't have an urgent infestation we will re-schedule for a later date" 6) They will try very hard not to perform your service. Even as extreme as ringing your doorbell but leaving right after, not giving us a chance to open the door. I was opening the garage door while he was parked outside, but he still claims he thought we weren't home. read more

My 75 year old mother called to cancel her pest control services back in December. The person who answered stated that they will do one more service and cancel. Today, 3 months later, they stated the only way to cancel was via email. My mother asked why this was not stated back in December, and the person was rude and said read your contract. I am putting this on here so no one else goes through this. As a senior citizen with a fixed income who had to cancel because she could not longer afford it, I feel they completely took advantage of her. I would not recommend this company. read more

I've been using them over two years now and what can I say? I am probably going to cancel. Always a different technician. We had a rodent problem here and so far so good until this last time I called for service. I've specifically asked them not to send out one technician because he was very lazy and kept asking me personal questions. The tech kept saying "this is sketchy!" as he attempted to use his ladder up there. On the service, he asked if my "husband could go up to the attic" like first of all isn't that your job?? I've never had a problem before. I'm just like well why did the company send him out if his ladder didn't reach? That was the whole point of why I called for service. Anyway... last appt scheduled for this Saturday to check the attic since it wasn't done the last time, the tech didn't show up. I'm sure I can find another company that's cheaper and does their job. Do not give this company your business. Their rates are very expensive. Apparently last winter, myself or my husband had signed a one year contract. We were not made aware of this. I attempted to not have them over anymore. That's when they told me about the contract. They have come to my home about once per month for about the past five months. We still have bugs galore! We have ants and moths and cockroaches and spiders and other unfriendly pests. I don't feel that they've mad any difference. My husband and I are on social security. He gets a little bit from the military. Our income is limited. I recently discovered that I owe them money. Meanwhile, the back creepy crawling things are roaming our home. read more

I wouldn't recommend this company. I first went with them because they are supposedly family owned. I am disappointed that i couldn't stick with them. The communication within the company is completely off. They once sent a super creepy technician who tried to sell me a ponsi scheme. I kindly requested to never get that same technician. There's always a different technician sent. I always had to send a message/call for them to do service inside the house. I finally cancelled now that my contract is over. The price is fair, but I would rather pay more money for efficiency and safety. read more
