I requested blinds to cover a wall of windows facing the street that had gaps that allowed people to look in. I was told they would be installed in two to three weeks. They had to visit the house twice to get measurements, which threw me off and gave me some concern as my elderly mother and a caregiver were there alone and made me question their abilities. They wanted immediate payment before ordering the blinds. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After that, no word for more than two weeks and no response during the third week.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This became more of a concern after my mother suddenly passed away and the house was empty, easy to view inside, and vulnerable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was ghosted when I asked why the delay and for an installation date. I sent emails to the owner and his partner. No response.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally, after four weeks, I was told they would be installed the following week. Ghosted again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I called on that Friday, I was told it would be installed the following Monday, which it was by a worker (not anyone I had dealt with). I am a repeat customer. Osman installed Roman Shades and shutters in my condo in 2011 and they have held up extremely well! He is courteous, professional and trustworthy. He puts a lot of care into his installations. He frequently washed his hands and used baby wipes to ensure a clean install. He even customized the fabric on two of my Roman shades (I wanted black out shades for the bedroom). After a few weeks the custom shades stretched out about 1/4" and he took them back to the manufacturer and cut them to ensure a perfect fit to ensure a great product was delivered.
