The back door from the lobby opens right up to a bridge across the river and next to The Forum (a convention center / event space) and then next to the main downtown strip (Broad St) with plenty of things to do such as shops, bookstores, and restaurants. Hotel rooms were new, clean, comfortable. TV was a little small but mostly full cable selection, ability to watch YouTube, HBO and HBO MAX for free, login required for Netflix and Amazon prime video. Hotel offered parking for free, has a deck attached and outside parking as well. Cannot speak to the food options - did not order or eat anything at the hotel restaurant. Of note: parking in front goes into a lobby, stairs or elevator up to the next floor is required for the main lobby to check in. It was a bit confusing coming in figuring out where to go. Negatives: surrounding area is mostly construction sites for now, so the view out of the window was just a construction zone. I'm sure it would look much better after the construction is completed.

This is a…read moregreat family resort with multiple ever-expanding pools and tons of fun activities for every age. We have done our annual family reunion for 60+ family from multiple states for several years now. We rent the pavilion for suppers together and meet at the waterpark or any of the many pools for family time together. This year our extended family of 15 stayed in house #41 for the first time. It is fairly new, really beautiful, and with the very best kitchen we have found anywhere in our travels. Huge and super-well equipped. Mattresses were all great and everyone slept well all four nights. Only negative about this beautiful home is that there are no bedrooms on the main level so everyone has to either go upstairs or downstairs for sleeping. Also the driveway is a bit challenging but we navigated it well with our Armada and were able to park two cars in the garage. Garage needs a step to help guests climb up into the house but we all managed. Front door is very easy access if guests want to avoid the very tall step from the garage. Also pet friendly which is very rate at CBR. We would definitely rent this one again!

Asking for help, it took 2 days to get some version of 'it'll cost us $1200 to do the right thing, so it must be your black hose'. Not quite how a septic system works. It needs maintenance, maybe even period draining. Lack of Sanitation is a showstopper for just about every RVer. This doesn't even include the multiple off-leash pitbulls... Wish I could've recommended but best to keep on rollin'
