At the entrance, there are no automatic doors - a real minus for travelers with hands full of luggage. There are also steps up into the breakfast room, a minus for travelers with disabilities. The real kicker at this place is the so-called "non-smoking rooms". They may say non-smoking, and you may sign off that you'll be fined for smoking - but they do not enforce it. I stayed for several nights, and complained every morning that my neighbor was smoking to the point that all of my luggage smelled like smoke - but the staff just looked at me as if I'd grown two extra heads. When I called to complain in the evenings, they said to tell the morning staff. One thing I did not complain about but was very annoying - the fan in the bathroom was very noisy, and when the light was shut off, it sounded like a groaning animal dying. In the exercise room, the treadmill and the bike both need servicing. The cookies were hard like store bought packaged cookies, not like Otis Spunkmeyer.

Ok, how about this thought, don't put guests 2 doors down from where you are remodeling a room. The hotel also has live in, long term guests who congregate outside the doors at all hours to smoke.

Couple issues:hot water -1st nite and morning could only get lukewarm water. That nite I mentioned it to two different from desk clerks one who said maintenance had looked at it. After my cold shower the morning clerk said she had no problem with hot water while just doing dishes. 2nd nite and morning- they had to allow another guest to use another room for a hot shower. Since my three inquiries fell on deaf years I played with the shower faucet/ran the water for 15 minutes and got the water slightly above lukewarm. Other than the smoke detector missing and the water issue stay was great

It should at least be open to guests. You can do the "drive-thru for late customers." 24/7 Lobby would have gotten 5 stars from! I especially love this hotel had a washer and dryer for guests.
