The days came and went and I called and talked to their lady in billing and she gave me some story about the the person processing the returns, being out sick, and no one else could do it. I waited and the following week nothing, and I called back again, she told me he was trying to catch up now, he hasn't got caught up with all his work. I called again on. August 26, a full 22 days later, than I did the return. This woman was very rude to me and told me I needed to calm down and talked down to me. I was understandably upset, and I used a cuss word in a sentence, but not directed at her, and she said don't cuss at me, and I said I didn't, I just used it in a sentence. she continued to lecture me and talk down to me instead of working on the problem. I said you can understand why I'm angry, because it's been 22 days.. and instead of helping me , she hung up on me. Then I called back and try to talk to another person who couldn't even help me. He looked up the account online for me after I gave him the invoice number, but he said I can't help you. Then the owner calls me and he proceeded to talk down to me and acted like I did something wrong. I told him his billing department woman wouldn't help me, and I did use a cuss word and I shouldn't have, but at that point I was understandably upset. And then he told me to F*** off, at this point, my daughter heard him say this to me, and came to my defense and started yelling and cussing, because he was on speaker. I told my daughter to shut up and get out of the room, because I was angry because she always interferes on my calls. But absolutely none of the owners business. Then the owner called me a piece of shit and said I'm not gonna help you. You treat your daughter like crap. What kind of father are you? What kind of person are you. you sound like a piece of s**** and I said look, I just want my return. It's been 22 days and I'm tired of the runaround. He proceeded at this point to continue belittling me, telling me I was a bad parent, and a bad person. I said, you know maybe I should just come down there and he started getting an attitude like he wanted to fight me and he's like oh yes, come on down, I would love that....... A slight pause and then, he said to me again, " come on down here" and then he hung up on me. Instead of me going there, because he obviously wanted to fight me and I didn't want to get in trouble. I decided to write this review. I decided to write this Google review to warn everyone. Do not buy anything from them, and if you do, make sure you don't have to bring it back, because you will go thru hell trying to get your money back. and they will belittle you and treat you like it's your problem, that you're mad . I will never do business with them again and I hope this review saves people from having to go through the runaround that I had to go through. It is now the end of the day and they still haven't processed the return.

And then proceeded to tell me that their technician wasn't gonna be there past Friday. Pretty much voiding the 1000 mile warranty and the 30 days to get it reinspected. I had to go to another shop and pay another full pop inspection fee less than a week later. Only for the second shop to find things that they missed. I wouldn't recommend going here ever for anything at all whatsoever. They obviously have no integrity and at this point. I feel ripped off and scammed. I would literally give them negative stars if it was an option.

Mike came out to my location personally and took time to speak with me and take a look at the site (Garage) along with taking measurements of all my vehicles. I have taken my '95 VW Camper (not the older model that needs more specialized attention) to CC on 4 different occasions over the last 10 years or so. Each time, I have waited much longer than is reasonable for a call with their diagnosis and I have had to call them first to find out what's going on with my vehicle. And yes, the staff CAN be very friendly. Until a customer shows the least sign of frustration over their lack of communication or any other normal, minor customer complaint. Most recently, I dropped my VW off on a Tuesday. By Wednesday of the following week, I had not heard from them so I called. The young lady who answered said "Oh, I've been trying to get with the tech on that, can you hold on?" They work in the same building! And it doesn't explain why I'd not gotten a call for EIGHT DAYS! I was put on hold and when she picked up again, she said "It's all done, you can pick it up." Surely they didn't JUST finish the work, so, again, why no call when it was actually done? But that's not all... I had requested that they pull my fridge out and cap the propane lines, I told them I no longer will be using the fridge. When I asked on the most recent call if they had done that, I was told, "Oh, no, we just capped the gas line." Jaysus. Now, this woman and another woman who work there sound EXACTLY the same, as far as I know they could be twins, and at this moment, I had no idea who I was talking to because they don't identify themselves when they answer (small thing, I know, but it's good customer service practice to do so.) Because my guess was that I was talking to the same person as before, I said "Do you remember that I asked to have the fridge pulled?", she said "Oh, you most certainly DID NOT tell ME that!" Wait, still more... Now I can hear her talking to the tech nearby, saying "He wants you to pull the fridge out" (as if I'm asking for the first time!) I can hear the tech (and I'm pretty sure it's Bob) say in a snarky tone "Fine, that'll just leave a big hole, but sure." Again, as if anyone is hearing my original request for the first time! Still more! I asked if they checked the engine battery as I had asked 8 days earlier. "Oh, yeah, it's fine." That's it, "it's fine." The battery is about 2 years old and recently starting failing to hold a charge. Clearly it's not fine but I won't know if it is or isn't until I pick up my vehicle, which brings me to the final act and the real pisser... This call was yesterday at about 2 p.m., they close at 5, and they're about 40 minutes from my house. I wasn't able to get there yesterday but I know they're open on Saturdays until 1 p.m. Well, that is, NORMALLY they are, but today (12/21) when I phoned, the recording said "We will be closed for the holidays from December 20th until January 6th..." So not only were they not even technically open yesterday, but they failed to tell me that and they failed to tell me that they would be closing today for a GD week!! Thanks, Custom Coach, now I am without my vehicle for another week. You guys really need to work HARD on your customer service. I feel like I have to walk on eggshells when talking to some of your staff and I always feel like I'm interrupting an employee party when I call. Maybe this is all because CC knows that they are pretty much the only RV facility near Baltimore and they have stopped worrying about losing business. It sure seems that way...
