Basically, they did a very fine job and were very professional and efficient while doing it, such that I decided to have them do the next phase of the remodeling of our house. It required repairing the many ceiling cracks caused by the foundation shifts, a ceiling hole where a friend fell through while attempting to check on our water heater, the many holes in the drywall from various accidents over the years, repair of two door frames(one from our dogs when they were teething as puppies; the other the less said the better), finishing removing the cereamic tiles from the kitchen and entrance hallway and laying vinyl tile instead, replacing and painting the baseboards of our main living area and painting the 11' to 14' walls of the same area all while having to work around our 4 small and very noisy pup dogs. Isaia and his crew (I know I am repeating this) were very professional and efficient. They were also hard working, polite, respectful, communicative, and cooperative. There were several times where we wanted changes in the work or questions came up about things we wanted done and they worked with us on getting it accomplished. Their rates were also reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to get interior remodeling done be it a small job or a big one. And, Marty, thank goodness I was reading his mind but so glad to know he would have shown up anyway! He was fantastic in helping talk me through the process. Now, let me tell you how great Gustavo the installer is. Him and his team did the most beautiful job! They are all so trust worthy and not only did great work but cleaned up too! He communicated with me through every part, helping me save a little money while making sure we're safe and not going to fall through any floors. I am so thankful they were able to do the work so quickly! I would never want anyone else to do my floors! Professional and fast…read more Office staff on the other hand, unprofessional, argumentative, customers don't have a say, she refused to tell me how much carpet I was paying for, and don't listen well. I'm not really sure why I did business with them. Won't do it again. They seem to always be on the defensive. My carpet is not the same as the sample I gave them but they insisted it is. She can't see the difference, clearly there is a difference but she doesn't want to see it. Oh it's like pulling teeth. Dry and brash. Oh I dislike people who can't accept when they are wrong.

They worked on my timeline of the major remodel and when their time came up from action the installation team was right on time. Asked the perfect questions and even offered advise on what looks best in regards to flooring directions to showcase the home. Employees in the store were a bit hard to find (no one want to work anymore) but when we did have questions everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable, willing to go dig around in whse to find stuff. There were at least 5 aesthetic things they did incorrectly, but they took so long to complete the job that I just wanted them out of my house. About 3 weeks later, all of the issues started coming to light. We called about the post-completion issues, and were told to "call licensed professionals about it." Which was interesting, because we were under the impression we had hired licensed professionals when we hired them to do the work. Buyer beware.
