He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. On the day of the install, the head installer (Baltazar) showed up on time. It took him two days to complete the job. Couldn't be happier! Very friendly and professional! Clint's crew replaced some water damaged wood. My downstairs is all solid white oak. I had parts…read moreof two rooms done. The one room was good as this work was done by someone who worked for him a long time. The other room was done by someone new on the job. You can see such a great difference. I waited until the wood settled and saw issues develop, before I contacted Clint. Unfortunately, Clint does not honor the warranty on his work. I have given him all the time in the world to address some wood buckling and gaps between the wood. It took a long time to get him to even come out and look at the issues. He then actually acted like he saw nothing wrong. He point blank said, I am not replacing any wood. He finally agreed, though, to fill in the gaps where the wood separated, but then never came back, even though I contacted him a few times. He can have a very intimidating demeanor, so I was hesitant to write any review. The idea, though, that he thought I would just blow it off if he never came out to fix the issues is very insulting. Oh well, you live and learn. If he comes back with some comment, I will really tell him what I think.
