I then learned it was best to reserve a taxi for very early morning or late night arrivals because taxis aren't readily available like they are at larger airports. He provided friendly, outstanding, and thorough communication on the phone and via text when arranging a ride for my daughter, who was to arrive around midnight from San Diego at the Redmond Airport to attend a family wedding the following day in Bend. I was worried that her flight might run late, and Troy said his flat-rate service included waiting for late arrivals, even if it meant the flight was 2 hours late. That was a big relief. True to his word, her flight was about 30 minutes late, and he was tracking the flight on his phone. He was ready and waiting outside as soon as she exited the airport. The next morning, when I went to throw out the trash at 8 AM, (fifteen minutes before he was supposed to arrive), I noticed that he was already there! I think he had been there for a bit, because the unit we rented was tricky to find and he did not want to be late. He was courteous and friendly, a good driver, and the car was clean and comfortable.
