I live in Powell Butte so I absolutely have to call ahead, usually a day in advance. I've never had them tell me nobody was available and I've never had a driver just not show up.... but they're always early. Like annoyingly early sometimes. They'll either come up and knock or I will have to run out there to let them know I still have some things to pack or finish up because I wasn't expecting them for another hour or however long, and that I'll go as quick as I can (they've always been understanding but it makes me feel bad/awkward lol). Better than being late or not showing up but it's still pretty inconvenient. The positives are that I've never had a driver who made me feel unsafe or uncomfortable. I have such few options where I live (no uber, no lyft, only a couple cab companies to call) so I am grateful they're available at all and willing to make the drive. I really wish they'd get a little better with the timing though...

I was driving on 126 going into Redmond And as I was getting closer to 67th St., A light blue van…read morethat has their company name and phone number in the back of their car, pulled right out in front of me and couldn't wait five more seconds. Given I have no stop sign and The roads on left and the right do. I had to break so hard that I skid across the road and if I didn't move my car at an angle almost going into the other lane, I would've hit him head on, and I would've almost died. I would give them zero stars. Do not take this taxi service, I really hope there was no one in that taxi when that driver pulled out right in front of me. There were witnesses there that saw what happened. I talked to the owner about this and he did not seem very concerned about it And was almost defending the driver. But if you're a taxi service, you should not be trying to kill people on the road And that you should be a cautious driver, especially when you have the company name and phone number on the back of your vehicle. I hope they do better but I would not be recommending the service to anyone.

I scheduled this town car service well in advance for a friend coming in to Roberts Airfield on an…read more11pm flight, and a later service the following week to take him back from Bend to the airport. My friend's return flight was changed and I sent two separate emails to the owner, requesting a new pick up time for the return service (again, this was the following week). When my friend arrived at the airport at 11pm on Friday night, no car was there to meet him. When he called the number for the service, there was no answer. After repeated attempts he was left to scramble at midnight to make alternate travel plans. When I called the owner the following morning to ask what had happened the night before, he was totally unapologetic, telling me that there had been "too many emails" about the pick up for the following week (there were two). When I suggested that an apology was in order for leaving my friend stranded, the owner was very rude, telling me I was too much of a hassle and he didn't want to continue with the later pick up. As a car service, you have one job: be there to pick up the client. If you cannot perform that duty reliably, and worse, are rude to your intended customers, shame on you.
