I figured maybe $25 bucks for a two minute job but he wanted $90. After my receiver was completed and I took it home, I had accidentally crossed speaker wires and popped an inner fuse and had to take it back in. He replaced the inner fuse free of charge but I insisted on paying him at least something anyway. A larger corporate-type business would not have been so forgiving. He also was very personable and was eager to pass on his knowledge. He explained the repairs in detail, and gave me advice about speaker choice and the proper way to hook up speakers.

The owner was welcoming and advised me that he was open till 5pm on Saturday, and that I could bring my computer in, which I did. If I had not resealed my screen onto the motherboard he would have looked at the cable issue that minute. He advised that he would be able to look at it on Monday morning and call me first with estimate for work to be done. He called me in the beginning of the work day and gave me estimate. I called back, he answered phone on first ring and I said, "Let's get this done." He advised that the computer would be ready in a few hours and it was. He called me as soon as it was done. I went to the store and he turned the computer on for me and showed me that it was fixed. I logged on to see my menus. Next he assisted me with a very helpful addition which was adding two thirds more memory and processing power for very reasonable price. He took care of the upgrade in a few minutes adding the new memory and processing right when I was in the store. Professionalism and being a man of his word, fixing my computer quickly and right the first time has made me a lifetime customer as he has earned my respect/trust. He is a person of his word and takes doing things right and timely a very high priority. Very refreshing to have a business owner that truly cares about you getting back up and running quickly when your computer is out of commission. I would recommend this business strongly for getting your computer fixed and updated!! I give this business a 11 out of 10 stars because 10 is just not high enough.
