I rated Eco Tech a 5 because their job was that great. I had not cleaned my gutters yet this season so they were pretty dirty. I was concerned if all the dirt would come off. I was amazed when Eco Tech was finished. They cleaned the gutters and power washed the exterior and it was SO clean it almost looked like the house had been painted. Our old Oakland craftmen bungaloo was in need of a cleaning, windows and all. The white rain gutters had grey drip lines and were ugly. We called Eco-Tech, they came out on time and later that evening we received a fair quote. We set up an appointment, again on time. Everything was explained ahead of time and his work was excellent. He also gave good tips on how to check on the condition of the gutters in the future. He noticed that there were no gutter guards/ strainers on the spouts. I found EchoTech to be very reliable, efficient and competitively priced. Our tile roof, patios, walkways and driveway had years of built up dirt/moss/mildew. Vitaliy and crew showed up on time and meticulously cleaned everything so that it now looks fantastic. I received 3 estimates from locals in the San Ramon area to powerwash my two-car driveway. Trust me? The quotes were UNBELIEVABLY high for the work to be done and I knew it. I hit on this firm just by luck and a gentleman name Vitali gave me a most reasonable quotation. Viktoryria (sp?!) the lovely office manager made the arrangements and was most organized and efficient in doing so. The super guy team of Victor and Vlad just completed the work and it is OUTSTANDING. Mind you? I don't have just a gray or white or tan concrete driveway, I have a terra cotta tinted concrete driveway (-just "shoot me" (lol) if I ever put in another one!) They used nothing more than hot water at a high pressure with a great recovery system as well. I am delighted with the results and though a tad bit of color lifted? No worries, still looks GREAT. I cannot recommend these lovely people ENOUGH - all of them were wonderful to deal with and I will call them again in spring 2018 for my patio, you can be sure. I might add?
