I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. They then removed the old roof shingles and found dry rot in the plywood underlay, which they replaced at cost, while making sure to thoroughly vent the new roof to prevent future dry rot.. They were our third consultation, and even at this stage, I was very compelled to choose them. Danny was super personable and communicative. Of the three companies, we met with, he spent the longest time on our roof (the first rep we met didn't even step foot on the roof), and took a ton of photos documenting the original condition of our roof for us to see. It was easy coordinating with Danny, Ivan and the foreman on site throughout the entire process.
