Definitely a 5 The customer service was exceptional. It started with the add I saw in the money page magazine, my initial call, the sales/service and installation. I have told friends and family about the experience and I think one of my friends has even called to schedule an appointment. I am extremely pleased with the installation. Do not ever use this company. If you are a prospective customer run in the opposite direction to a different company. I am going to have to pay another company out of pocket because they refuse to honor the warranty. I had a window break and called to have it replaced under the warranty. I got the window ordered and delivered to the house, but when I called Ecoview to have them install it they disappeared and won't call me back. I have been trying for months to get ahold of someone and they won't call me back and the corporate office has given the the run around. read more

This is absolutely the best prices youâ re going to get!!!! That comes from 2 other companies I got estimates from, one actually saying they pay more for the same product then their entire cost. The product is top of the line and instillation was quick and professional. The best part was customer service. I would not recommend this company at this point. We paid for and signed our contract to have eight windows, a sliding glass door, and our front door replaced. We are nine weeks in and this company hasn't even paid for the permitting for said work. I was originally told it would be about 6 to 8 weeks for the job to get started. Then I was told someone would have to come out and do the final measurements for the job. We waited two or three weeks for that. Then after over a month, I inquired as to canceling the order and was told it was too late and everything was already in the works. A week or two after that I discovered no permits had been pulled and the materials were on back order or delayed, so I could have canceled when I had requested to. After that, when I called again as to the permit for the job not showing up on the permitting website, they told me someone would have to come back out to measure our door and that the person that came out for measurements previously failed to do so. That is why no permit had been pulled yet, because they were waiting on getting measurements for our door to finalize the permitting application, something they never communicated to us until I called and asked about it. They came out last week and took the door measurement almost 2 months into the process. I cannot get any reliable communication from the office and they transfer me to voicemail every time. I understand delays, but no communication to the customer is not professional, nor is the misinformation they have given us for the last nine weeks. read more

I was happy when after several overpriced dealers I finally found EcoView windows installation for my old house. They began working in April and it seems all goes pretty well from the very beginning. I really like the simple style of windows which kept more quiet inside, look good and so on till it get to my garage. From the very beginning they did not measured crime well and window was made smaller. Company send a carpenter which should prepare the frame for smaller sized window. As I liked windows in my house I did not notice that that carpenter was not really experienced for this type of labor. After window have been done and the guy asked for extra money I paid, even it was not my fault that window was not measured right, and he left. when I get walked into my garage I was surprised with extremely poor quality: window was not centered, huge holes on surface were looking like someone purposely rejected my window, outside job looked like it was installed a man who never ever did it before. I call the customer care about all the problems with many pictures of damage was made and they promised to sort out the problem. After inspection, which, certainly all windows weren't pass, company again sent me the same guy to repair my bathroom window. When I just see the guy I asked him to leave and never back. I again call customer care, I was told they have no free people to make all wrongs right, telling that the only that guy I refused is available. I decide better wait. After several months they finally send the same workers, who installed all my windows inside the house, with ned part for my bathroom window. They again did good job, no complain. After I show them my garage window one guy said that this window totally rejected and should be replaced, he took several pictures and promised to show it to his boss. In some days a car stopped by my house without any appointment, a young man walked into my garage to see the problems. He took a container with sealant and fill up the holes on surface inside. I showed him outside terrible labor and he promised to stop in couple of days to repair it. After that moment I never seen anyone from EcoView again but I kept to call and ask when they finally will finish all window story at my house. No answer I got. In couple of months someone called me, informing that they schedule another inspection, but I said that windows are not going to pass it because my garage window still in the same bad condition and need to be done before the inspection. I never received any phone call after it. It is another April, one year passed but I still waiting. I send a complain to BBB but still nothing after over two weeks... Windows paid in full and it seems nobody from that company care to and the job finally. read more

We chose EcoView based on the reviews but sadly received a less-than-stellar performance. I intended to record every scathing detail of our troubled experience but rather than spend my energy seething vengeance, I simply will share the facts: - Total Project Time (Signed Contract to Passing Final Inspection): 15.5 Weeks - Number of Days Workers On-Site: 8 - Number of Failed Inspections: 3 We also have had to already submit a warranty claim as the east-facing windows run upwards of 90 by 10am. As a note, JEA puts window replacement as a "Tier 5 investment" for energy savings, meaning it has the lowest savings to cost ratio and longest payback time. EcoView pledges a 35% savings but offers no time period so I think they mean maybe 3.5% per year (0.29% per month) over 10 or so years. We actually haven't seen any energy savings vs pre-new windows but hopefully will once the dog days of summer are over. I'm actually sad to leave this review, the crew and the office staff were nice. The owner was a bit abrasive when I complained after our continued failed inspections but I think he's just passionate. Hopefully our experience leads the team to come together to ensure it doesn't happen to others. read more

This is by far the worst most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Took forever to get my windows and then they came to install them and they do not fit into the openings properly. They installed my new windows into a block home with wood screws. I am a contractor and know that this cannot be done. I asked Joe the install manager to come fix the problem and he assured me they would never have done something like that. Well he came to check and just like i said thats what they had done. To fix the problem Joe and his horrible install crew decided to screw tap cons into the same holes and leave the other screws in. NON of the tap cons are properly installed and the windows themselves are still wiggling loose. Instead of fixing the problem they sent me to collections and started accruing interest on a job they still have not completed. I WOULD NEVER USE ECOVIEW AGAIN. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WOKRED WITH. read more
