I believed I had scheduled an appointment, but it turned out I had only scheduled a call to make an appointment. I never got that call, and I wasted an hour waiting for them because believed I had an appointment, or at least that was the excuse I received when they called back days later. I scheduled another appointment with them when they called days later, and that appointment came and went with the no service and no phone calls. I wasted hours of my life only to be called to schedule another appointment that did not happen. I received a second apology call today, at 8PM, in which the technician called me buddy, made demands of me, talked poorly of the company, and expected my pity because he had been out for the day at the hospital. I totally understand changing appointments, but there needs to be a phone call letting the customer know PRIOR to the time of service, not five hours later. This is not the call center or technicians fault, someone in management needs to evaluate their systems, I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue. TLDR Don't call them, they don't show up to appointments, don't answer their own phones, and then act like it is your fault. PS the hours of operation don't match reality.

However, I had been looking for replacement windows as my now former windows dated back to the late 1980s and most were a fog show. The section of the window bay at the front of the house was the worst offender for letting hot summertime sun rays make using the kitchen intolerable. Well, on a day a few months ago, I spoke with a Reunity Rep and agreed to an interview with a sales Rep under an Easter holiday offer. Atticus was a pretty sharp young sales Rep and the more I learned about these windows, I thought they'd be perfect for the front bay section, the kitchen area. Six were to be installed and everything went smoothly in the process - permit, creation of the windows,set time for delivery and installation - but installation was where a major issue showed up upon pulling the first old window out - dead termite damage from years ago! Long story short, this was where First Coast Contracting took over (See my review on FCC) and the windows sat in my storage shed for a couple of months - sadly during the hottest days of summer. But the time FCC just about completed its work, Reunity had to come in again to install the windows to enable both companies to fulfill their respective tasks in unison. It all worked out well. I was very impressed in watching the work. Yuri and his partners were very careful on installing the windows, ensuring they were double sealed to prevent rain and other bugs and elements from affecting them. They were sizable, wide-framed and UV/sun protected to knock down the sun effect to 7% - and I really feel the difference! I will say that even with discounts, the good quality comes at a pricey level. I may get one or two more in the days ahead, but that won't be for a while. The good news is that the windows come with a lifetime warranty and they are as hurricane proof as you can get with claims of over 200 mph wind speed protection. I can wait many many years to see or test that! It was a relief to finally get the work on the house completed. Not sure why here, but Google has Reunity over 600 reviews at 4.8 stars. I seriously wonder about some of the reviews on Runity here on Yelp. Don't be afraid to look into them and get an estimate if you feel inclined to do so. I'm glad I did. Recommend: HIGH

I only wanted to start with the slider glass windows in living room and my 2 bedroom windows since both face an open field that backs up to the highway! My sleep app is always in the red for noise at night.... They have affordable plans same as cash to pay over 12 months. I can't wait to get these they came and measured a few days later and I'm so excited to be safer and have my house quieter! This company is a +5
