We got their number from Costco as a special service. They called us to schedule an appointment and the lady that was doing the scheduling was asking us questions about our needs and was very RUDE. Her attitude right from the start was very rude. I understand she must have been having a bad day, but when someone is willing to fork out anywhere from $5000 to $9000 on a water filter system I would think they would hire someone a little nicer. Not to mention that their Aquafinance credit company falsely opened up a second account after we closed ours and for three years, we've been trying to get it off. Finally, it's gone, after they could not supply us with a signed contract! Every time we asked for a signed contract for the new account, they sent us the contract for the original account. read more

Absolute worse experience from day one in 2007. Overcharged. They came out to see a problem with my system and immediately say our membrane was broke and had to replace with a new system. My $120 quote turned into $380. Tech comes to replace it and I need to assist him with my own supplies because he "forgot" his own. And was told he would have to be really fast because he's got tons of others to "deal with". He leaves and my spigot begins leaking. I call and am now told its $70 plus labor. I told them they can pick up the tank because I don't want it now...now I still have to pay $120! They have friendly people with POOR management and any customer service. read more

They need only money and beware of their service. Service to water filter means changing filters only ($20) value and they charge $130. Nothing else they do. If there is any problem, they exagerate and ask for replacement or hefty repair. read more

The technician (Rick) comes on time and take his time answering all the questions I have regarding to the unit.

I called for service of Water Filter and Softner. The guy arrived and checked water and told me that it looks OK but since we were not sure when filters were changed, he changed filters in 5 min. After changing filters, one of the pipe started leaking and guy told that its not repairable and needs new filter system....It means filters he changed were waste..I told that I didnt have this problem before and there were no leaks, he simply said its leaking and he cannot do anything about it and he doesnt recommend to use like that and he bypassed the filter and told me some new quotes for new filter and charges full service $129.9 for just coming and doing nothing. After he went away, I looked youtube and see how tp work connection pipe which was leaking and I put some duct tape around and pressed inside hard and now everything works as before. I wont recommend these guys who charged hefty amount for nothing. Not sure what is the maintenance means!! I could change filters myself. Its a kid job. I showed my softner leak and guy told its $450 to repair some disc and was pressing on buying new one which costs $4500 since mine is 10 years old and no warranty and no dependency. It looks like he only want to sell new ones and no maintenance. read more

I totally agree with all of the negative remarks about this company. I used them because I trust Costco, but Costco needs to go with AquaPro or another company. They sent two workers to install my system. One was an apprentice and he was allowed to do the job. He did a horrible job and the outside of my house as well as my garage is a mess. Called Costco to complain and they called the company. The sales rep for them came out and said it was the worst install job he's ever seen. They sent their senior rep out to fix it and he could only do so much. It looks horrible. I'm not impressed with the rep, installers or the owner. The owner told Costco that he talked to me when he didn't. He must have a memory problem. You know what I got for my troubles? A $100 cash card from the company. What an insult. Take everyone's word for it and stay far away for this company. I wrote Costco a letter suggesting they go with another company. read more
