We were extremely impressed with our Sales Rep, Daniel H. He was polite, knowledgeable and sincere. His demonstration showed us our water quality, chlorine level, and hardness. It was a real eye opener to see what we are drinking and washing our clothes in. He showed us the many benefits of the water filtration system and of the soft water as far as drinking water, cooking, cleaning, and showers. there is the extra benefit of cost savings on reduction of products and the wear and tear on appliances and clothing from hard water. The solar, generator, solar battery industry is competitive offering consumers many options. I urge you to do your homework and go elsewhere. As so often is the case, everything is good until things are paid for and you require assistance. It is then difficult to get anyone to return your call or offer a reasonable resolution or explanation to your issue. We ended up with huge true-up bills and I was trying to reach out to see why this might be the case. Very poor communication. I am still working on finding a resolution but I thought I would post this to try and save others from the same experience. read more

Rainsoft water softener is the subject. Had the material, charcoal, in the. water filter tank service, replaced. The Technician checked the water quality. His test indicated it was hard. He said I needed a new water softener, $3800. I asked if anything could be done to my existing Rainsoft system to correct the hard water, it is fifteen years old. He said that it's too old and a new one would be required. I told him I would have to think about it. Yikes $3800! I purchased some hard water test strips and he was correct the water was very hard. I had a look at the owners manual and did a manual regeneration. I tested the water the next day and it indicates a very soft. Some recent PG & E power shutoffs must have scrambled the system, it appears to be working correctly now. One week later the water is still very soft. I am irritated with this company that the tech did not offer to have a look at the water softeners programming to see if that was the problem. I would have been happy to compensate him for the extra time spent. I would be very careful in dealing with this company. I cannot recommend them. read more

We had Quality Home Services install a whole house water filtration system in our home. The technician and install were great and we were very pleased with the results. When it was time to change the filters approximately 1 year later, the technician was very prompt and professional. The problem with this company is their customer service. When it came time to change the filters again, the technician discovered that the computer board and front panel assembly needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and encouraged us to call the company in a couple of days to enquirer about the parts and to set up an appointment to have them installed. My wife called two days later and was told that the parts manager was the only one who knew the status of the parts order but he was in a meeting and that he would return her call later. They never called back. I called a few days later and was told they would call me back that same day by 2:00pm. They never called back, so the next day I called and they said the first part was in and they were just waiting for the other part to be delivered. They assured me they would call me back very soon. That was three weeks ago. Today, my wife called and again they told her that the parts manager was in a meeting. They really need to stop using that lame excuse... read more
