My sales person Franz was wonderful and helped me tremendously both with selection and follow up…read more My reason for only 3 stars is the fault of the phone system and issues with the final installation. During the life of this project I've been unable to call scheduling. The phone rings, you get a recorded voice telling you no one is available, and the call disconnects. When you call customer service, you're on hold for several minutes and then you get to leave a message (but no one ever returns the call.) The sales service is great! Especially Franz; I was able to reach scheduling by going through him. I hated putting him in the middle but he always came through. During installation they had to disconnect the plumbing (obviously) but apparently it's not part of the service to reconnect it. I was unaware of this little glitch and Franz scheduled a plumber for the next day to re-connect everything. Unfortunately, during installation the installers did not leave us all the faucet parts and the plumber had to make a surprise trip to Home Depot for parts that should have been left on site. It seemed like one problem after another. I don't know what I would have done without Franz to make things right. So... sales team 5+ stars, phone system and installation, maybe 2 if we stretch it. Make sure to ask for Franz and make sure you have a full and complete understanding of what is and isn't included.

CONSUMER BEWARE ! I signed a contract with this company to replace my countertop with quartz; the…read moreoffice person Elizabeth Boffil told me that my sink will be damaged when the old countertop is removed, so I purchased a new sink from D & R. She also said that the sink installation is included in my contract but not the plumbing to reconnect the pipes; she said it was not a problem as the D & R employee who will install my sink can do the plumbing work and reconnect the pipes but I would have to pay him directly. I asked her why it could not be included in my contract and Elizabeth said that this is the agreement the company has with this employee. Since that employee is employed by a licensed company I went along with it. On May 25, 2021, D & R employee, Ronald Boffil installed my sink and I agreed to pay him $180 for the plumbing. He told me that he may have to move the pipes because my new sink had a different shape and size. When the work was done I asked Ronal Boffil if he had to move the pipes and he said: "No, I jiggled it and made it fit". I issued a check as agreed for $180 which was cashed by R. Boffil - The check was clearly marked "For Plumbing". A few days later I had a major flood in my kitchen that spread to the dining room and living room. When I called D & R , Elizabeth said: "Oh no, that's impossible; we have installed and reconnected hundred of sinks and this has never happened". I decided to re-check that company and Le County Community Development Licensing Dept. informed that D & R's license CB07-00026 was issued for cabinets and countertops installations but the company has no license for plumbing. I checked with Florida Business Professional Regulations (FBPR) and received a written confirmation that Ronald Boffil has no plumbing license. This company's gimmick to have unaware consumers pay for plumbing work directly to an employee is just a scheme to bypass local governmental regulations. Unfortunately it took over a week to dry my place and my insurance paid thousands of dollars for water mitigation and repairs. Personally I had to pay another plumber almost $300 to fix the problem as well as disburse $1,000 as my insurance deductible before my insurance would reimburse for the expenses caused by the water damage. Consumers, Please use great caution with this company when it comes to plumbing - they are not licensed and can create huge problems and expenses. And they refuse to even accept the fact that they are doing plumbing work, hiding behind their employee, AND NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR THE EMPLOYEE HAVE A PLUMBING LICENCE. I would not recommend this company ever.

They installed it Feb 11 2025 and we are still dealing with problems. The people they sent over to try to fix it didn't speak english so we couldn't communicate our problems. They DON'T stand behind their word. They said we had too many specialist come out so the case is closed. There is nothing else that can be done. I would give them 0 stars but we didn't have that option. Now we have to hire another company to come to fix it.

The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly The Good - The sales department did a very good job helping me find the right remnant at the right price for my project. They worked within my budget to get me the right countertop for my bathroom project. Be careful though, as this "decreased price" at point of sale resulted in my paying more in the long run. The Bad - This company has no appreciation for customer's time. I had an appointment for a specialist to look at the project and create a template for the countertop. The appointment was for between 10:00 and 12:00. The specialist arrived at 11:58. While that was inside the window, the additional 45 minutes it took him to complete the template was well outside the timeline. The company told me it would take five to seven days to cut the countertop. It took nearly three weeks. The installation appointment was between 1:00 and 3:00. The installation team arrived at 3:23. The Ugly - During installation, the installation team damaged both walls on either side of the countertop. When I highlighted this to the company, they explained that it was considered "fair wear and tear" as part of the contract. When I highlighted the "Limitation and Liability" portion of their contract, which does not address wall damage in any portion, the manager told me that the company would not pay for damages that occurred during installation. They did offer a $100 "inconvenience compensation" payment. When I provided an estimate of $468.67 to fix the wall, the company refused to discuss the matter any further.
