Absolutely LOVE coming here. I've been coming here for more than a year, and a lot of places usually do well when it's your first couple of times to impress you but they've been taking care of me like a first time customer every single time! At this point they know my friends and I by name which honestly makes you feel so good. The staff is so nice and amazing. The owner Miriam is on another level! She's so understanding and actually cares about her customers! Not only did Miriam help my nails grow stronger but my nails will last over a month!!! I've never left the place without great nails! I also always get compliments on my nails! Thank you ladies and keep it up! PS! They serve wine

Unfortunately I wanted to give this place a tray because is a woman own business, but what a waste of time and money 1. There is only one with experience and the rest are just apprentices is like a nail school but the customer pay :( ! Prices are higher than the other nail places and services are bad ! I have made an appointment with the owner and she just handed me to an apprentice that was a waste of time and money !

Hands down the best nail salon you can go to. I travel 1.5 hours in train, from Brooklyn, just to get my nail done by any one of them. They take their time, always willing to shape/design your nails any way you want. Super friendly and the place is always clean. Only nail salon I have been to that I know I will leave 100% happy no matter what.

I've been coming here since they opened 2018 I believe or 2019? Its been a while! I always come out with amazing nails, shape always perfect and they are always on point with new ideas - ombre, marble, stickers, diamonds, etc. Love it ! You show them a picture and you get the results or even better. I do recommend Mirian the most of Jackie! Theyre both great but Mirian is top #1! The only downfall is the wait times sometimes but it depends on day and time.

New favorite nail place. The customer service is amazing, very attentive to the customers desires. Clean place and nicely decorated. Good color selection and good prices for the area. They even offer water/wine. And complimentary paraffin for the heels when you get a pedicure. They listen to your wants/needs and do their best to make sure you leave satisfied. Employees mostly speak Spanish, but easy to communicate in English as well. Left very happy

What I asked for vs what I got

I really wanted to love this place because I go all the way to the Bronx to do my nails, I've been searching for something closer to home. I decided to schedule an appointment after being referred by an acquaintance. I walked in the day of my appointment and was told that the person that I wanted to do my nails with only did acrylic. Red flag # 1. The service that I originally wanted was gel manicure, gel pedicure but instead I opted for gel pedicure and SNS manicure after being convinced that it was the better option. Time wise it was great, they sat me down almost immediately with Lili (I believe her name is). Instead of doing a regular gel pedicure I was convinced to do the spa pedicure, which was fine no issues there. After sitting down to do my manicure things quickly took a turn for the worse. Lili, the technician doing my nails proceeded to say she was able to do a design, that turned out terribly wrong. After visiting their instagram page I was confident that a easy French design would be simple enough but boy was I wrong. See pictures attached (what I asked for vs what I got) The entire time she's doing my manicure the lines are uneven, the SNS powder kept on bleeding into the other. It was just a mess. When she's finished with my manicure she tells me she's going to have to do gel over the SNS to straighten the lines of my French. I was visibly bothered at this point and had politely voiced that the lines were uneven and the gel color didn't match the SNS color. At no point was there an apology from my tech. As I got up to pay, the gentlemen at the front asks me how was everything clearly and rightfully so bothered I ask for the manager I was directed to Mirian, she told me to come in the next day and she would correct what she agreed was a botched job. I come in the next day on my lunch break from work I was told to sit and that someone would be right with me. Mirian was working on someone and immediately after, started working on someone else. Needless to say I walked out without saying a word and made an appointment with my regular person to rectify this horrific manicure. Extremely disappointed with not only the lack of customer service but the inexperience of the technician and the blatant lies told. And the best part !!! I was there for over 3.5 hours. I arrived at 3:47 and didn't leave until 7:37! Clearly there is only one experienced technician there who also happens to be the manager and busiest of them all. Avoid yourself the headache and disappointment!

I loved it here! From the time I arrived to the time I waited for my Uber and left, the girls were very attentive and sweet. Great service! I wish I got her name but she did such a great job I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she presented the job well done. I was so happy and in love with the outcome! They also serve wine and water! Also a bonus! I went right before closing so did not wait. The place is so nice itself and clean as well very nicely decorated! Definitely will be going back soon.

Awesome service and nails came out beautiful. A glass of complimentary wine offered as I came in. My new go to salon!

I'm never going back there again so I don't recommend this place. On top of me waiting 2 hours to get my nails done, this is what I received. Here is the comparison of what I asked for and what I received. In the process of doing my nails the lady had not even asked what length I wanted my nails before even cutting them, and each time I told her I wanted ballerina shaped she kept insisting on coffin nails. Their customer service is also terrible when I went back to get my nails to fix the lady had given me an attitude because I did not speak up sooner. Not even recognizing the fact that I DID pay for the nails and was not satisfied. She even mentioned looking at the footage of the security cameras to prove that I was satisfied even though it was clear that I was not; if I was I would have NOT have gone back. They also tried to make me feel at fault by saying that it was due to wrongfully choosing the colors. Going here is a waste of money and time.

Massage: I suffer from chronic neck, shoulder and back pain caused from past sports and high stress from work that leave me with nausea, severe migraines and trouble focusing. I was seeing a masseuse and several different types of doctors trying to remedy some of my pain, most recently a neurologist. 30 minutes with Lola and my pain, nausea and focus have done a 360. After spending the last 2 years seeking specialists of different kinds I have finally found some relief. (The hot oil at the end is to die for) Thank you Lola! Pedicure: Pedicure was great, the chairs give a great massage as well and the product used felt amazing. Manicure: Goodbye to powder dip! My nails had literally one more dip left in them before my nails would be too thin to do much with them anymore. Luckily Lola put me onto a different type of manicure that would save my nails. (not sure what it is called) This was the best manicure I have had in my whole 12 years living in Queens/Jersey/Manhattan and in my life! Eyebrow wax: Say no more. Chocolate wax (Smelled tasty) and overall the best wax and shaping I have ever had. Overall: All the staff are professional and friendly and it's a nice calm/relaxing environment. All the product used is top notch. This will be my one and only place to go as long as I live in this neighborhood!!!! I would have almost not written a review to keep this a secret, but it's already out! Thanks Lola and team for making this my best spa experience ever :)

My only reason for 3 stars is that the woman doing my nails asked me to put a mask on. I'm not against it at all and I completely understand if certain businesses still want it. However, the woman getting her nails done next to me wasn't wearing one. She seemed like she was a regular. And when I moved to the back to get my pedicure, two women back there didn't have them on either. I'm all for complying with a company's policy. I would never argue it or cause a scene but if it applies to one it should apply to all whether the customer is a regular ot not.

I made appointment for my daughter and I to get our nails done for her communion. Her first nail salon experience! She wanted gel manicure pedicure, which is fine I knew I was going pay a little bit more than the regular child's manicure pedicure and I wanted to get gel X. The lady who did my nails was very cold as if she was doing me a favor to do my nails so that was a little disappointing. When I mentioned my daughter wanted A gel manicure and a gel pedicure, her girl was flabbergasted. The behavior was just a little embarrassing. It's OK for an eight-year-old to do a little gel manicure for the first time in her life for her communion. She kept yelling GEL? Gel?! She painted them fine even though they fell off two days later, but the bow design looked horrible. My daughter asked for a blue bow on one nail and I still got charged $10. I understand that nails cost money but for a shitty bow on one nail? they still charged me an adult gel manicure and adult pedicure on a kid so why not throw that in for free. Now I wanted a particular design because I knew the girl was talented enough to do it, but she, for the life of me could not understand what I wanted. Another customer had explained to her in Spanish and she still didn't want to understand. It felt like she didn't feel like doing it.. So then I said, Forget it let's just do a French with the blue bow so I can match my daughter. She starting to do a French with blue polkadots. I didn't feel like arguing, they look cute so I said whatever let's do it. Also I just wanted a light whiteish pink on my toes and apparently every light color they have is see through. I Felt like they were shoving a marshmallow color down my throat from my toes, so I agreed to it, but it was like a light gray. I did not like that at all. But again, whatever I just wanted to get it over with. Again, my pedicure was done nicely. The color sucked, but whatever. I really wish they were nicer because I did like the way my nails were done. I've been on a search for a good Nail Salon for so long. The nails were done so nicely, but the entire experience sucked. The lack of customer service, the lack of warmth and welcoming energy is what made me not tip them well and not want to come back. Which sucks because I loved the way my nails were prepped and done. Once I find someone talented, I usually go to them for a lifetime and I really want to come back, but I don't want to sit in a shitty environment.

They had another manicurist, Dolker, step in and she completely turned it around. She checked in with me on each nail and executed the design way better -- I left really happy.
