He showed up with one laborer type who required constant instruction (from me) on how to do the job properly and aesthetically correct. The next day he added a plumber to the crew. This plumber knew next to nothing about installing or correcting a drip irrigation system. If you talk to Edwin about the quality of his workers and their work product, please be tender. Poor Edwin is extremely sensitive so don't raise your voice or use any profanity. Even though the job being done is crap and only 20% done after 3 days. AND DO NOT BELIEVE HIM WHEN HE GIVES YOU A COMPLETION SCHEDULE!! IT WILL BE A LIE!! And NEVER pay him in advance of completion. I made that mistake and months later the job is not done and he refuses to refund any of my money. At best the job for which I paid him is, at best, less than 50% complete. I will reluctantly be filing a small claims action against him!

He didn't call the other company a liar (I would), but kind of rolled his eyes at what the other company said to me. I've had Robert come out a few more times since and last visit was Ryan, who was also great. I refer them to anyone that needs irrigation work.

We sought out multiple bids and Drip Doctor was the most reasonable licensed contractor. Don and his team were professional and the installation was done seamlessly. They also installed new landscape lighting in line with our drip. They installed a new controller and took the time to set up the schedule and get it set up on the wifi so we could control the drip from our phones. Our experience with Drip Doctor was exceptional and you won't find a more honest or meticulous team out there. They laid just under 500 feet of drip and landscaping line in areas in and out of planters and retaining walls. Other than the drip line working, I can't even tell that they were here because the ground, gravel, and plants were practically undisturbed. I would highly recommend Drip Doctor for any of your irrigation and landscape lighting needs!

Our yard was not an easy one, being a new build and having leftover concrete and debris everywhere, and they did all the removal and cleanup. These guys showed up, worked their butts off every day, and never left any mess at all. They moved all the newly dumped rock out of our rocks, raked over tire tracks, etc. I truly would have no idea they were even here. They were also all incredibly friendly and professional. I am home full time and have young kids who nap, and we never once heard them, or worried at all. My princess of a dog has to use the bathroom by herself and with no one in sight, and everyone was incredibly accommodating to that as well. He blamed us because he said we wanted cheap equipment which was a lie...as a matter of fact, I requested the best products no matter the cost but he ended up buying not only cheaper equipment, he bought mismatched equipment that did not fit our home properly. We ended up hiring another hvac company which showed us all the mistakes Curtis made to make extra money and leave us without a working A/C. I did more digging on his company. He's not only non- licensed in HVAC, he does not even carry an ROC License with the Registrar of Contractor's. Don't waste your money with this guy. I needed our drip system repaired, we had several leaks. I called Arizona Sprinkler Repair and…read moretalked to Trinidad Martinez. I left a message and he called me back, I explained the problem, we scheduled an appointment, the day he was scheduled he called me and said I will be there within the next twenty minutes. I forgot to mention we used him before and had no problems. He showed up when he was scheduled, and fixed the problem. This trip was different, my leak was under the driveway, the hose was broken and it wasn't placed inside a larger pipe that he could feed the new hose through. He gave me three options.1. Don't fix it. 2. Replace the whole drip system or 3. Try to connect the old hose to the new hose and pull it through the driveway from one side to the other. He said it could be risky but I said we'll at least have a 50/50 chance. I told him let's go for it, I signed off that I would be responsible for the outcome. After he connected the one end to the hose, he started pulling it under the driveway to the other side. He started pulling it , after several pulls the new hose came out the other side under the driveway. He made several connections and turned the water on and I was back in business.
