Instead, he mentioned I could ship tires directly from Tire Rack (he's a Tire Rack Recommended Installer) and that he uses both Napa and OEM parts, which I trust for quality. For a tire rotation and an oil change, I was there for TWO HOURS. I watched as three mechanics stood underneath my truck staring at the belly pan scratching their heads. I asked the lady what the hell was going on and one of the mechanics came in and told me that I should be proud that I stumped the entire garage, claiming they had to watch YouTube videos, because they couldn't find the oil filter inside of my Toyota 4Runner, a very common vehicle. I wanted my truck off the lift and I felt very uncomfortable that they had to continue working on my truck because they already drained the oil. They had to get the "master mechanic" to complete an oil change.... Also, while waiting in the lobby, another customer came in for their appointment, and they didn't have their appointment on file either. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be returning. My buddy rotated all four tires and changed the oil in the driveway faster than these people with a lift. I'm going to have him check their work because I don't want the oil filter or tires falling off. I'm not very confident in their incompetent work. 2 oil changes, wow. Totally dishonest. Went for a NYS inspection. My inspection sticker had expired 20 days ago. He…read moreremoved the expired sticker, inspected my car and failed it due to worn out front tires and also said I needed all new rotors for all four wheels. When I questioned the rotors, his comment was that they were rotted and I should look at the back side. The worn front tires were a legitimate failure, but when I asked him why he hadn't given me a ten day sticker, his response was that they don't do that anymore, a complete lie. So I asked him what if I get pulled over because now I have no inspection sticker, even the expired one, or a ten day extension sticker, his response was "you will get a ticket, no big deal". So basically he left me with a car I couldn't drive legally at all. I went to a tire shop and had the front tires replaced and asked them if in fact that if you failed inspection, were you issued a ten day sticker in order to have the necessary repairs done and they said absolutely. I then had my car reinspected at another facility and there was no issues with my brakes or rotors, so with my new front tires my car passed inspection. Meanwhile, I had gone to an auto parts store and purchased four new rotors at a cost of over $458.72 which I had intended to install myself, but obviously not necessary. Buyer beware with this place! Totally unprofessional, a liar and a ripoff artist.
