I cancelled my membership to Radha Yoga and for over 6 mos. I'm still being charged. Numerous emails have returned either unanswered or a statement saying (more or less) sorry I can't stop taking your money. I've had to contact my credit card on a monthly basis to dispute the charges. It's frustrating! Chioma finally answered my request to have her stop charging me. Instead of acting like the responsible business owner, she tells me to stop harassing her. Chioma's unbelievable solution to her customer is for me to contact a third party. This leaves a bad impression on her and her practice.

The space is bigger than it looks from the outside, with a well-organized layout and plenty of equipment. The music is on point, creating an atmosphere that's both energetic and welcoming. At the check-in counter, I was greeted by [insert name], who was fantastic--friendly, upbeat, and clearly great at her job. It's always refreshing to be met with positive energy when walking into a gym. The equipment selection is solid--everything is well-maintained and spotless. Even during peak hours, I didn't feel like I had to wait long for anything. The locker rooms were clean, functional, and yes--the water gets HOT, which is always a plus after a workout. While I don't live in the gym, I'm signing up for the Black Card membership so I can check out other Planet Fitness locations when I travel. Extremely disappointing customer service…read more I updated my payment information before my billing date and made sure there were sufficient funds available. Despite this, the automatic payment was not processed and I was charged a $20 late fee. I contacted the club hoping they would at least investigate what happened or offer a reasonable solution. Instead, the General Manager simply told me that it was "my problem" and "my fault." No attempt to understand the situation, no empathy, and no meaningful effort to help a paying member. What bothered me most wasn't even the $20 -- it was the dismissive and disrespectful attitude. When a customer comes to you with a legitimate billing concern, blaming them and saying it's their problem is an unacceptable way for management to handle customer service. I expected much better from Planet Fitness. After this experience, I feel completely undervalued as a member. One star for the way this situation was handled and for the General Manager's attitude toward a paying customer.

It's hard to miss when driving but if you have a reservation you can park in their lot. Visiting days are Wednesday, Friday, Sunday and you have to pre-book. The entrance ticket includes a short tour showing part of the downstairs house and after guests can walk around the meditation garden with the Labyrinth. I thought it was peaceful and calm, it was like a very small version of Self-Realization as there were grassy areas and benches to sit and relax and meditate. I appreciated the fountains because the sound of running water is so calming.
