    Best Personal Training Experience! The Best in LA! I first trained at Class Fitness from 2021 to 2022 for a year and recently decided to start again. I've tried personal training at several places, but no one compares to the trainers here. Trainer Youngjae offers expert guidance, ensures precise movement corrections, and designs personalized programs that deliver real results. Every session is well-structured and tailored to my goals, making the experience both effective and enjoyable. If you're looking for the best personal training in LA, I highly recommend Class Fitness!

    I recently had the opportunity to try out a free trial for mat Pilates, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience! When I first arrived, I noticed valet parking was available, but I learned that if you get a validation, parking is free. As I entered the fitness studio, I was warmly greeted by three friendly trainers, and I could instantly tell I was in the right place. The facility was incredibly spacious, which made the whole environment feel open and comfortable. It was also exceptionally clean and felt brand new. Being new to Pilates, I was a bit nervous, but the trainer made me feel so at ease. They gave great instructions, demonstrated the moves, and were so attentive, ensuring my form was spot-on throughout the session. Even though the workout was challenging, it was fun and engaging, and I loved the unique appeal of Pilates, which is very different from weight training. I definitely found myself wanting to continue. The pricing is an absolute steal compared to other places I've seen. I live about an hour away in the LA area (with traffic), but after seeing the pricing, I know I'll be back. The monthly plan that includes 4 sessions costs only $99, which breaks down to just $22.50 per session. The unlimited class option is $200 a month--such great value! I truly don't think I'll find a better deal than this anywhere else. If I lived closer, I would absolutely go for the unlimited plan, but regardless, I highly recommend class fitness! The quality, the pricing, and the overall experience are fantastic. Definitely worth checking out!

You can feel right away that it's a gym where everyone is welcomed. All body types. All ages. No egos. What continues to surprise me is the knowledge that the trainers have. Last year while recovering from a back injury, I decided to book a few sessions with a personal trainer to help me get back into exercising safely. A friend recommended Virtuo, and I was happy to find out it was a smaller gym. It immediately felt welcoming and friendly. I worked out with Keith and enjoyed it so much that my "few sessions" turned into 8 months of training with him. Keith was knowledgeable, supportive, and always encouraging. He helped me rebuild my strength and confidence while always being mindful of my back. He was also genuinely fun to talk to, which made every workout way more enjoyable! One thing I especially appreciated was that the staff never assumed my goal was to lose weight or change my appearance. The focus was always on getting stronger and healthier. Even my nutrition calls with Sarita focused on building sustainable habits and eating for energy rather than calorie restriction or chasing some number on the scale. If your goals do include fat loss or looking amazing, they can absolutely help with that (they are all in incredible shape themselves!) but they will never make you feel pressured into something that doesn't align with your goals. You'd expect a room full of fit trainers to be intimidating, but somehow here it's the opposite. I never once walked into Virtuo feeling intimidated or walked out feeling self-conscious. The owner Brandon and his entire staff are some of the kindest people I've met in LA. There's a real sense of community, everyone cheering each other on, genuinely good vibes, and lots of laughs. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving out of the neighborhood, and I'm so sad to go. I can't recommend Virtuo enough!

It was my first time working with a…read moretrainer, and he really helped me achieve my goals and move forward --- of gaining weight since I'm pretty lean at 6'3". My weigh in was 181 lbs at our first session at the end of March. I did 10x sessions with him and then I did another 8x sessions right afterwards. My weigh in by the end was around 187lbs. In 9 weeks I gained 6 lbs of muscle while burning fat. And as soon as I stopped working with him, my muscle mass somehow increased to around 190lbs. I think my body finally had a chance to catch up since the workout was so intense with him. He helped me achieve my fitness goals of hitting 190lbs in a little over two months. Incredible. I also have a new routine at the gym with the HITT workout I learned from him. He pushed me to my limits and I loved it.
