After months of being completely disregarded by the service department, I finally contacted my salesman Joeseph Crandall and explained what happened, sent him the email I had sent to Brian (Service Dept Manager), along with the photos. Wow... Joseph is a stand up guy and quickly turned a very frustrating situation into a resolution. He was beyond helpful, kind, understanding and this whole situation was resolved within minutes! We had a wonderful buying experience with Joseph Crandall but now we experienced his prioritization in customer service/care (beyond just a purchase) and we are extremely appreciative. Mistakes happen, we understand that, everyone's human, but this was an expensive to us ($450 ish mistake) and now, they have taken ownership and corrected this issue. Thank you Joe for your bold action and resolution. 3/5 stars: because we would absolutely consider purchasing again with Joe and it's nice to have him in your corner during challenges. The not-so-good is the terrible disregard and ghosting by the service department. Shults should make some needed changes in that area. read more

Awful. A Deposit was placed on a car, pre approval was sent as requested, I Told them about the insurance claim having to be finalized before new loan was issued it was going to take about 1.5 - 2 weeks before all done. Which it was, I called to confirm setting up finalizing the deal. No returned calls, No returned Emails, No returned Text Messages, Torrey Is a salesman that I would never recommend. Sean was about the only helpful one I came in contact with. After several attempts to contact someone about finalizing everything, Sean went to personally see what was going on and have someone return my calls. Where Jason did finally call back stating it was a COURTESY call to let me know that the car had been sold and my deposit would be sent in the mail. I would never recommend a business that has 0 professional standards. read more

Be waened! We all know that dealerships are more expensive for service but sometimes desperation takes hold...and you pay for it in more ways than money. I've had a lean engine code off and on for months and when it came time to fix it, Shults was my only option. Sat there for 2 hours before I got told anything. An hour later, I got my car back and was told they had a part on order to add later. Went back in to add the part....AND to fiv the same engine code they "fixed" before. Sat there for 2 1/2 hours before anyone told me anything...they found the issue causing the engine code BUT the part they ordered a few weeks ago was the wrong part. The only positive was that they gave me a loaner til they fixed my car because it was their fault they couldn't fix my car yet. read more

What a joke. I receive an email saying now is the time to trade my truck. It has a link to value my estimate which comes in at 31,000 mid range, the low end being 27,350 and the upper end being 33,906. My estimate says 31,955. I waste 2 days getting out of work early to come in and have your appraiser rate my vehicle as excellent and then offer me 24,000. Thats 3 grand lower than your low estimate in the email you sent me! This is completely misleading and an attempt to get you in the dealership. And then they ask how I came up with that and told them it's in YOUR E-mail that you solicited me with. I have bought my last 2 trucks from Shults and 2 cars. I may file a complaint with the BBB. The sales team and the persons sending out the e mail's must not know what the other is doing as far as the trade in estimates go. I will take my business elsewhere.... I have all the documentation saved in screen shots. read more

They told me there was nothing they could offer me and I was trading a brand new vehicle. They wanted to make a big profit and said my car was only worth half the price. I'm so disgusted. The salesperson and the manager was making up things to depreciate my vehicle. Do not go there. I give them negative number in stars. read more

I just had some major repairs done to the front gear housing on my Equinox and I could not have asked for better service from them. They kept me informed of what was going on and when it would be done. Offered a loaner vehicle (didn't need) and picked me up with the shuttle service when my vehicle was done. Thanks to the service dept. for a job well done. read more

I just went to get a simple oil change, I got stuck there for 5 hours while they had the car taken apart and tried to tell me all kinds of things were wrong with it. I said no because I just had other things repaired and only wanted an oil change. Someone there also rummaged around and took some expensive sunglasses from my car THEN they parked my car way out back among the employees vehicles when they were done so I couldn't find it without help. Will NEVER go there again. read more
