I found Studio City Chiro on Yelp, explained the issue and although they were completely booked out they made time for me within the hour! I was a little nervous because it was hard enough to walk let alone have someone twist, crack and pull but Dr. Jack calmly explained what was going on in my body and how he was going to fix it. Omg. Dr. Jack is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He is so knowledgable and invested in the health and wellbeing of his patients. His active release technique has been much more effective for me than adjustments alone. I saw Dr. Jack every week while I was training for my marathon and he was able to stop all the little aches and pains in their tracks, before they could turn into more serious issues that could have derailed my training. Thanks to him I was able to cross the finish line pain- and injury-free! Dr. Jack is an athlete so he understands the needs of active people. He's also extremely empathetic and caring. The office runs smoothly and the staff is friendly and professional. They are extremely punctual, too. I usually don't have to wait even a minute for my appointment. A little side-note: depending on your insurance you may have to pay out-of-pocket a bit for each session for the individualized active release treatment, but it's worth it. Also, as of this writing, practitioners at this practice mask during treatment and there is a high-quality air filter running in the treatment room. Every time I came here I had amazing sessions. I started off with Dr. Ramirez who was incredibly friendly, compassionate and had a wonderful positive attitude. She was extremely helpful and I love the adjustments and the company. She did really helped my neck pain. I also had the pleasure of experiencing, Dr. Jack Harlow for my last visit where he did a myofascial release that left my body tingling and feeling amazing. People often say a chiropractors goal is to keep you coming back for their pocketbook. Not Dr. Jack. Dr. Jack was wonderful to work with. Working from home, I've developed a good amount of back pain from constantly sitting at my desk. In trying to exercise to accommodate some more movement, I find myself working too hard at the gym sometimes -- only leaving me in more pain. I have a background in sports and weight lifting and let me tell you, Dr. Howard and staff share similar passions and can treat you accordingly. It's not the typical chiropractic office. I had a inflamed right knee that was swollen for over a year with multiple doctors / surgeons, ct scans, drainage, mri and not a single solution.
