The first time, the repair cost $16. The second time, the repair cost $48. When I asked Dale why it was three times more expensive, he said he didn't know why. When I mentioned the previous repair cost and the cost of the necklace (wanting to make sure it was appropriately appraised), he said the repair cost was $48. When I asked if he could help me understand why he'd triple his price for such a small repair, he said, "Maybe we used the laser." When I asked what that meant and if that would be the case if the same thing were to happen again, he said, "Cash or card?" I felt dismissed and taken advantage of. I recommend going somewhere else, especially if you are a young woman.
