I recently had the opportunity to meet with Barry to have my ring properly sized. Don Hudepohl's is a family run business and the office is in downtown Cincinnati. The office itself occupies a part of the floor and looks non-descript from the outside. Once you're inside, though, it's a very nice office. I really enjoyed working with Barry - he was personable, knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Since I'm living in Denver and my ring wasn't able to be finished before I left Cincinnati, Barry sent my ring by certified mail. When it comes time for wedding bands, my fiance and I want to come back to Cincinnati to work with Barry again.

The customer service there is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and very personable. They walked me through the process and helped me pick out the materials and jewel for the new one. They also kept me up to date via text and email throughout the entire workings of the ring. End result? A beautiful job helping me create a slightly different but very similar version of my mother's ring. And when it came to the final fitting, it slid on like a glove. I was greeted and helped quickly. Not only the employees was nice, they also have 2 cute pup that very sweet also. The older/bigger one is Chewy, the younger/smaller one is Andrew. Chewy is very sweet and gentle, Andrew is a bit more aggressive for love/attention I had fun with them for a good 10 minutes while being help. I did look at the jewelry and they do have a lot of pretty pieces. I wasn't comfortable taking picture of the jewelry/store but I sure did take some vid the dog interaction.
