Unfortunately, later that day I learned the "non-Apple" equipment he installed did not work with "Face ID" and I could it unlock features in my phone or access apps I had set up with Face ID. I called the store and got Voicemail. I left a message and never heard back from them. On top of that, Apple recognizes and notes that "non-Apple equipment/parts" have been installed on your phone and makes it ineligible for the phones warranty. Needless to say, $150 later I have a phone that is inaccessible and the store will not respond or fix. I do not recommend this vendor.

Went back in and I was told they could either take their new battery out and since they disposed of my old one I can have my Mac back with no battery if keep the Mac for 3 days so they can run diagnostics on it. My biggest complaint is that they were not upfront with me in telling me that if the battery did not fix the problem, they would make the situation right. On top of that they gave me the Mac back with the new battery. They did not do a battery reset so I had to do that. Overall, customer experience was terrible and I felt like I was lied to from the very beginning they made it sound like everything was going to be fixed, and if it wasn't fixed, then they would take care of me, but upon further investigation they just wanted more money to run more tests on the Mac. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this company!

I told him that I was going across the hall to find out my buy-out for my phone at US Cellular to see if it made sense to spend money to fix my screen. The other employee was waiting in the hall for me to come out of US Cellular and told me they could fix it for $150 they were going to give me a "deal". I had them fix it, only to then have my phone not work. I could no longer hear out of the "ear speaker". I went back the next day and he said he was going to order a part they didn't have it in stock, which lead me to believe that this happens often and that they could fix it. I was told to come back in 2 days. I went back in 2 days, now the story was 1 in 70 iPhones the speaker sensor will break if the screen is changed. Now, that is not what they told me 2 days prior. I was then told he would take my $150 and put it towards a new phone from Apple and whatever the difference would be I would only need to pay half, and don't be worried he told me because he could get a deal. Might I add that he stated that he would need my phone for 24 hours to switch it over. I needed a few days to figure out what to do. Today I went back into the store and requested a full refund. I was then told by one employee who had "the owner" on the phone that my only option is to get a new phone through him. My main issue is that the customer is not warned that if their phone is taken apart to fix the screen that the sensor may break and that they would need a new phone. Nor did the people at your store, which they claim they just found out with my phone. A customer should have the correct information to make a decision to have the screen fixed and possibly be able to hear from the phone or live with a broken screen which the phone is still functional. Tonight the "owner" was not in the store, the person working in the store said he was out to dinner with his family for his mother's birthday and he would come talk to me at the store I was working in. I walked down the hall in the mall and guess who was hanging out with other mall employees......."the owner". He ignored me and went behind a kiosk. I then walked passed the employee that was in the store and he was looking down at the "owner" and I informed him how terrible and unprofessional their customer service is and they themselves. "The owner" has yet to resolve this issue. These guys lie just to make a buck, don't trust them. They do not know what they are doing. I have sent emails to the head Dr. Repair company they do not respond either. I am a mall employee and I cannot even imagine that the owner and another employee would treat customers this way! This was second time that I needed something fixed and as promised they were done when the owner said they would be done. The owner " Malik " is extremely helpful and knowledgeable he will explain everything to you so you know what needs to be done. Both visits to 27th Fix were like visiting a friend who just happens to fix electronics.

This was years ago and on that visit I left with a non working watch which surprised me because a battery replacement always brought it back to life. The guy who helped me came back after a few minutes and informed me that after two good batteries were tried the watch is basically junk because a new battery didn't make my watch function anymore. Well I threw it in my junk drawer and forgot about for years after buying a replacement watch, fast forward years later and my atomic watch which doesn't have a battery actually stopped working. Before I replaced my current watch I remember my old watch and thought how about a second opinion and I went to the Hales Coroners location and after 5 minutes the guy handed me my supposed junk watch working perfectly with a new battery, WTF BS is going on at this location and why would you completely lie to a customer or maybe he thought he could get my watch thinking just throw it away for me if it's junk. I'm completely on the fence about ever using this company again and just going to a jewelry store like I have done in the past.
