Prices aren't the cheapest, but they do a great job, are quick, so I think it's reasonable. The first time I worked with David Williams himself - my fridge's outlet kept going out, and then coming back on. David walked through steps to test the outlet, the circuit breaker, the grounding circuit and some other tests before he would come out and charge me. It was a nice touch. Trouble shooting took a few trips out, but he was very easy to reach as we tested. Next they came out to fix some really dangerous wiring in our attic after our roof was replaced. Installation went fine. The last trip out they installed new recessed lighting in our living room and a new chandelier and a two dimmer switches. We bought the chandelier, but they provided the recessed lighting. In all cases, dry wall is repaired to flat surface ready for painting - but they do the painting themselves. Jobs are generally paid for by service, not hours, so you know what it will cost up front - baring any surprises when they open an outlet and find that it's been wired to two circuit breakers by the pervious owner, or your attic fan apparently has 2 sources of electricity ...

The quality of work is terrible and not consistent because he always bring different unqualified random guys. He will also charge you random things like administrative fee for a wrong invoice. Change his words at the last minute like "That's going to be another $400." He will answer all of your calls/text until he receives his money. After maka payment, he will disappear. I don't care what the website says or other reviews. I'm honestly leaving my reviews here so other people won't taken advantage of. The pictures below can speak itself about the quality of work. Trash is left behind. The quality of caulking is a joke. Do it yourself and save time and headache.

The asbestos removal went fine,…read morebut we also had Carlos' crew rebuild our ceiling with drywall, which necessitated moving our belongings from room to room to clear the space. They moved our things carelessly and caused a lot of damage. Every piece of our wood furniture was scratched with deep gashes, glass bottles were broken, and paintings were scratched. My wedding dress was thrown on the floor next to broken, leaking oil bottles. We have a number of lego sets that were thrown into a pile upside-down. It looked like a natural disaster had come through our apartment and it was devastating to see all of our belongings thrown around and damaged. The crew left staples in the walls and window sills and damaged a lot of our walls (see pictures). When I brought this up with Carlos, he tried to gaslight me, saying that all of the damage was preexisting and that the dust everywhere wasn't from his crew (it was obviously drywall dust). He ended up giving us a couple of hundred dollars off the price, but it was nothing compared to the thousands of dollars we've had to spend having our wood furniture refinished and hiring other contractors to fix the damage they caused to our walls. I deeply regret hiring them.
