As a business owner, we have purchased at least 10cars at another dealership over the past 25 years, so we ended up at Eddie's due to an acquaintance and our son's recommendation. I didn't intend to stay--it was a courtesy visit. Their absolute integrity, genuine care for our best needs was absolutely remarkable. They gave us more care than we deserved and I will never forget how valued they made me feel.

Did not get the extra $1500 for the trade in, nor the down payment match they advertised. No where in the email did it say any conditions applied to receive the price, or interest rate. Was supposed to be 29,999. Sales contract shows 34,880. Seriously deceptive and scammy. The special financing was offered by VW credit, whom Eddys did not even run my credit though as I would see it as a hard inquiry. They went with a local credit union (who I was already pre approved for) I'm assuming because they get a kick back for sending the loans to. Was also supposed to get a call to schedule an appointment for interior warranty, never got a call. I have reached out to resolve the issue and was told "the paperwork can be confusing." Yet the new FTC CARS rule explicitly states "clearly and conspicuously". The only thing confusing about this situation is how I will end up paying nearly 60k for a Volkswagen Tiguan, would've got a NEW BMW for that! I have purchased cars from Walser (both Audi and Mercedes) and have NEVER been treated the way these "people" have treated me. I've delayed posting my experience to see if there would be a resolution. As of today, there has…read morestill been no resolution and I have heard nothing back from this dealership in over a week. I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack w/ 36k miles from them about five weeks ago. The buying experience was fantastic. I worked with Tori, and she provided outstanding customer service during the buying process. I drove four hours from out of state to pick up my new to me car, spent a couple hours at the dealership filling out paperwork, and I was off and on my way. I trusted the inspection paperwork that the dealer provided me (the MPI provided was green down the board). I drove it back home, and had my local dodge dealer perform an inspection on it. Turns out the sway bar bushings were dried and cracked, and there was oil leaking around the intake manifold gaskets. The air filters were bad, the tires were severely out of balance, and the car needed an alignment as well. Great, I thought. I had purchased the extended warranty on the vehicle. After having my car sit at the dodge dealership waiting for my paperwork to get entered in to the warranty companies system, and then going back and forth between Audi Wichita and the warranty multiple times, I paid for the repairs out of pocket because I needed the vehicle to get around. Well, as it turns out, nothing here is covered under the warranty because these are all items that should have been addressed by the dealership and so the warranty company dismissed the case. I've spoked with Bac on this issue many times, and he keeps pointing to the warranty company and says he's waiting for his rep with them. I've been told that I shouldn't have gotten the car repaired, and that he could have probably negotiated with them for a cheaper rate. If that was the case, why wasn't that a solution that was proposed during the week the car sat at the dealership? I was in contact with Bac as soon as I got the results back from the inspection. So I sit here, in love with my new to me car, and out about $1100 more than I expected to spend because of a fraudulent MPI report provided to me by this dealership. If you're buying new, these guys would be fantastic. Customer service is top notch when you're purchasing something. If buying used, be very careful. I don't think they do a good job inspecting used vehicles.

He sent me a ton of pictures and we even FaceTimed and went over the car, I had said that if there are issues with the car to let me know that it wouldn't be a deal breaker and that I just didn't want surprises. He assured me there wasn't anything wrong and that the car was in showroom condition with the amount of miles and from the pictures I took his word for it. My wife and I purchased plane tickets and flew in and were met at the airport by Chris. He informed me that they had taken the car to get the windows tinted which I thought was odd since that was never discussed. We get to the dealer and the car looks to be in amazing shape with a few scratches on the paint which were never pointed out but hey it's a 2004 stuff happens, next thing we notice is the passenger window is off track and stick up above the weatherstrip. This bothered me and when I asked why we weren't told about it he said he didn't notice it. After discussing it with my wife we decided we weren't going to let a window ruin the deal so we went through with the purchase we paid cash. The car drove great home on the 1,400+ mile trip home to Southern California. After a week at home the check engine light came on and thinking it might be the seal on the gas cap was bad I replaced it with no luck. We took it to a trusted mechanic who found the charcoal canister was leaking and needed replaced along with a few hoses in the evap system near the gas tank. $600.00 dollars later the check engine light was fixed and we had to put a few miles on it in order to get the car smogged. As we were pulling into the same mechanic to get the car smogged the check engine light came back on. (if you are from a state that requires smog you cannot have the car smogged with a check engine light) so back to further inspection the smoke test showed there was a leak coming from the top of the gas tank. After removing the tank you could see where the tank was replaced and silicone was used to try to keep the tank from leaking vapors from the fuel pump and roll over valve. At this point my wife ran a carfax and we found it showed this dealer had replaced the fuel tank and patched it so that they could sell it. I reached out to the dealer numerous times and couldn't ever get anyone on the phone or get someone to call me back. After speaking with a lady in finance I told her the situation and said all we wanted was them to help in the cost to repair since we gave them there asking price and they did a horrible job at fixing the tank. She took my message and said she will get back to me, she did that same day and said she spoke to the store manager and he said they are not responsible and to take them to court if we would like. That's the type of place this is. I have purchased countless vehicles from dealers all over Southern California and I would never think the most corrupt one would be from Wichita,Ks. There are some things I wish we would have done better in this purchase but to not even have someone get back to us when we can't even register the car in our name because they knew what they did is beyond sheisty. So if you are thinking about purchasing a new or used car from this dealer, they will be nice to you because they are getting your hard earned money but once you leave they could give 2 shots about you.
