I love the way she pushed my cuticles back and shaped my nails nice ans round the way I like. Joanna is also easy to converse with and can help you choose the colour that works for you! You will have such a pleasant experience and come out with really nice nails to last a while! The space is simply decorated with a calm ambiance, and an inviting atmosphere. The lady who did all these services was very friendly and kind. We started off with the body scrub in a lowly lit room, which was soo relaxing and slightly resembled a massage done in a shorter time frame. The scrub felt super exfoliating and my skin was velvety soft afterwards. Next was the facial, which included all of the components, such as extraction, moisturizing, mask, and more. After that, it was time for the pedicure, and the lady prepared green tea and a plate of cookies, gummy candy, and crackers. They were pretty tasty, especially the satisfyingly chewy and sweet gummies, which were from Europe. I selected a deep red color for my toes. It felt nice to put my feet in the warm water and my toes looked great! For the manicure, I picked a shimmery hot pink from the OPI collection. The lady put a lot of care and time into painting my nails, and it really showed. I loved how my nails looked so shiny and smooth when done. I stayed and put my nails under a drying device, but this took awhile. I still needed to be careful upon leaving and I noticed that the nail polish chipped a lot after only a few days. I was running to a meeting and knew the little wolf I had howling on my forehead needed to be tamed. I look on yelp and see what's close by and has enough reviews and stars and find nothing. I see this little gem and say hmmm I'll live if it comes out bad. I get there and there isn't a wait. I say to the threader I hardly have eyebrows, just clean up the bottom. Her response... no problem. Not only did she listen, she gave me a nice arch shape and made me look like I have major brows!! This is maybe the 2nd time I've been impressed with an eyebrow threader. I visited Endurance Permanent Makeup to have my eyeliner tattooed and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the results. I brought clear reference photos of what I wanted, yet the final result was far from what I expected. The lines were uneven, not straight, and didn't match on either side -- something you absolutely don't want when it comes to your face. Liz, the technician and owner, spent a lot of time talking about herself and her family, which was distracting and unprofessional during a service that requires precision and attention to detail. It became very clear that despite her claims of being an expert, her work did not reflect that level of skill. This experience was frustrating and disheartening.
