What a relaxing morning massage! My masseuse was great. She really hit the spots that were hurting my back and massaged them out. I got the 80minute massage which was just right. 60 minutes is nice but 80 they really do every part of the body for a good amount of time. She even massaged my head a little bit of my face - it was great. The back and head massages were my favorite. The place was clean and staff was friendly. I had the plan for about ten ladies to have all different services done in an afternoon before heading out for the rest of our night. I was put into contact with Jeramy (manager) a few months prior and he was a great help! Jeramy worked out any kinks to have the time blocked off for us, worked with me with getting all of the girls the services they wanted and presented a gorgeous spread of food and drinks for us so we could enjoy the day there all together! I have been to Eden Spa before, have bought spa packages for a family member. When someone goes to the spa, it's expected that that person is going to leave there feeling better not leaving there feeling worst. I got a Mother's Day spa gift package, I finally got a chance to use it today due to my busy schedule. The spa treatment started out with a massage, the massage therapist either was tired or did not want to be there, I open my eyes to her starring at the wall, with a facial expression as if she didn't want to be there. Next stop my facial, it went well, the staff was as very warm and competent. My third and final stop was for my manicure. The manicurist was pleasant untill she asked me what color I wanted, I told her neutral because I wash my hands a lot, her response was, "did I wash dishes for a living". I have never been asked that in all my years of getting my nails done. There is nothing wrong with washing dishes for a living, it's a honest profession that pays. Please educate your staff on customer service, as I can see it is lacking. For the money that customers pay to have self-care, after long week of work, the customer service should be better. read more

What happened to the service at Eden? I went in the holiday season when they were having a special and, felt very rushed through. The staff had come in an hour early to meet the demand due to their once a year sale. So, I didn't think much of it. They must have been very busy and, a little overworked. I visited again a few days ago. They were not unusually busy. None of the staff members seemed too happy to be there. It felt as luxurious as going to the dentist for a teeth cleaning. Day spas are too pricey not to have the princess treatment. Perhaps they had a management change or, I just caught them on two bad days in a row. I hope they get back on track. read more

Brought my Mother here for a birthday present while we were in town on vacation. We both had hour long aromatherapy massages and mini facials. This place had such a lovely atmosphere and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The attention to detail during both services was incredible. They must have gone through 20 hot towels between both services. I had never had a facial before and now I feel spoiled...my skin looks amazing. I feel like a new person. I went to Eden Day Spa the other day and was treated to a phenomenal hot stone massage by Lisa D. I have had many hot stone massages in my life and she had techniques that were so interesting and therapeutic for my pained back and neck. We used both lemongrass and lavender essential oils that when mixed with the heat from the stones had magical properties. I highly recommend this hot stone treatment massage if you are tender and or sensitive to regular massages like I am. This place is an absolute gem! From the second you walk in the door you feel like you are in a 5-star resort spa. So tranquil and relaxing with such a friendly staff that greet you wit an aromatherapy towel upon your arrival which is a great touch. I did a number on my shoulder and back in the gym and was in excruciating pain, to the point that I could barely sleep. My massage therapist Angela was very in tune with my injury and worked an absolute miracle on me. I've been to spas all over the world and this is the first time I can honestly say that the massage therapist treated me more like a holistic doctor than someone giving a back rub. I appreciated her attention to my injury and knowledge of the body. (I made two more appointments right away) They have tons of other services like facials so I'll have to definitely try them out for that as well. Last Sunday I searched for eyebrow threading, since I am tired of getting my eyebrows waxed. Although I was going to Greenwave Body Wax, I am just tired of the irritation afterwards (although Greenwave is still better than traditional waxing). Most salons were closed or closing by the time I was looking, but this salon is open until 6 on Sundays. So I called and got right in. I asked if there were any coupons for first time customers and the very nice front desk girl said yes, $10 off any service. It said $10 off a $90 purchase (threading is $26), but I printed anyway. I am glad I did because they honored it, which was quite nice of them. Anyway, the esthetician (sp?) took her time and really did a great job. My eyebrows look great, and it's a week later. It did sting a little bit, and I was red afterwards, but only for a little while. I was happy with the service. The salon is small and cozy and smells AMAZING inside. VERY nice ambiance. I do personally think $26 is a bit steep, but the $10 off helped. Then again, I am on a major budget right now. If I were making oodles of money, the price would be worth it. I just bought two GroupOns for their services and when I printed them out I saw they expired the same day as the purchase. As this is obviously unacceptable I called them and hoped they would honor the packages, but they refused and told me that today was the last day to use the voucher (i.e. a few hours before close of their business assuming they even had open appointment slots). Instead they said I could use the value of the GroupOns for their full price services. Although the representative said they knew of the problem, and while clearly it was in their power to honor the deals past an expiration date which was the same day of purchase, instead they claimed they bore no responsibility as I had purchased them from GroupOn and so it was not their concern. Eden Day owners should realize such shady bait-and-switch business practices have a negative effect on customer perceptions and function as a source of perpetuating negative advertising contrary to what they had hoped to achieve with such promotions. I will report this problem with every online rating service I am aware of and have also contacted GroupOn concerning this disreputable business. Edit: I just spoke to an extremely helpful and sympathetic GroupOn representative who said this was unheard of in her experience and agreed it was functionally a bait-and-switch situation; moreover she said that not only could the merchant have directly pulled down this offer (i.e. without having to contact a GroupOn representative for permission) by going into their account, worse still they also continued to offer this Groupon tomorrow, which means Eden Spa will be knowingly allowing people to purchase expired vouchers. read more
