Located a couple of miles west of the interstate Thruway where you pay just to ride the road, you will find this gas station that shines like a beacon in the middle of the night when nothing else is really around for a couple of miles. They have pretty average prices on gas and a pretty extensive convenience store and you'll be glad that they're around if you need gas around here because late at night there isn't really much else without driving a few miles to the Indian Reservation. And do not skip gas thinking you'll get the next one you come to. In these parts, late at night, you may not come to one.

I don't give out 1 star ratings easily (as you can see by my ratings breakdown), but when you're 10 to 30 cents more expensive than every other gas station in the region, and positioned so that it would cost extra money to exit the highway and fuel up (because of tolls), I expect you to at least have decent service. Our car was dying, and we asked for some advice and help. It's fine that the mechanics and employees said they had no idea - maybe they're worried about lawsuits. Their hostile attitude, though, was unneccessary. Telling us that if we couldn't drive out of there they'd have to have the troopers call in a tow, and so on. It was unappreciated. We drove out of there, got off the thruway, and had it looked at by a real garage.

This place has a small cafe that serves deli style sandwiches and wraps. There is also numerous gas station store items for purchase as well. I ordered a simple turkey sub and bought a 20 ounce bottle of soda. After I ate I decided to go to my car and try and sleep for a half hour. Just to get some energy to continue driving. Something I've never heard of, and I like to try new things. The nice gentleman at the window explained it's like frozen milk. And it was, but it was so much more amazing than just that. It's frozen regular, dry, and condensed milk with some saffron, cardamon, pistachios, and a little bit of rose water. I know it sounds a little strange, but it was honestly one of the best things I've ever eaten. The rose water isn't overpowering, and I enjoyed the new flavor. The whole dish was icy, sweet, and yet has a warm taste from the cardamon. I could have easily eaten a medium, and I'm so sad I only got a small. That's my bad. We didn't try the kabobs, but I bet if they are half as good as the Afghanistan ice cream, they will be awesome. I will happily make the hour drive from Great Valley to come back and try their actual food when it's available and get a larger size Sheer Yahk for sure.
