Located a couple of miles west of the interstate Thruway where you pay just to ride the road, you will find this gas station that shines like a beacon in the middle of the night when nothing else is really around for a couple of miles. They have pretty average prices on gas and a pretty extensive convenience store and you'll be glad that they're around if you need gas around here because late at night there isn't really much else without driving a few miles to the Indian Reservation. And do not skip gas thinking you'll get the next one you come to. In these parts, late at night, you may not come to one.

I know you've been hitting all the angles, but have you been hitting all the Angolas?…read more Pretty useful little gas station in the middle of Angola, a couple of miles west of the entrance to the highway, and if you're driving from Angola to the interstate then you'll pass right by it - and it's a good option for gas and for convenience store stuff even though it's a little bit expensive. I know everyone has an angle, but does everyone have an Angola?

Now this doesn't mean everyone should expect this from them but it really saved my ass and I never properly said thank you.

I don't give out 1 star ratings easily (as you can see by my ratings breakdown), but when you're 10 to 30 cents more expensive than every other gas station in the region, and positioned so that it would cost extra money to exit the highway and fuel up (because of tolls), I expect you to at least have decent service. Our car was dying, and we asked for some advice and help. It's fine that the mechanics and employees said they had no idea - maybe they're worried about lawsuits. Their hostile attitude, though, was unneccessary. Telling us that if we couldn't drive out of there they'd have to have the troopers call in a tow, and so on. It was unappreciated. We drove out of there, got off the thruway, and had it looked at by a real garage.
