It was thoughtfully applied to enhance my features so that I looked like a glammed up version of myself, not like a drag queen with giant lashes, eyebrows and a face that was a totally different color than the rest of my body. She works quickly and is so easy to be around. My makeup lasted through outdoor photos in 95 degree heat and through a whole night of dancing. I even wore it the next day! I requested a pillow for my back and as you can see in the pictures. I got a stained, disgusting pillow that I had to use for the entire treatment. On top of that, cotton swab I used kept leaving fibers behind on my face, in my mouth; it's just all so gross! The salon was not transparent about their pricing. I got a gift card for Mother's Day, and instead of regular facial, I wanted to go with Hydrafacial instead. The website quoted $175 online, but when I was done, I was told that the prices have increased, and they charged me $200 instead of honoring the price they had online. Mind you not, I still tipped 20% on the service. Finally, they did not have a relaxing experience. The room is right behind their store (Shiseido). The tech kept the figure white light on the entire team, used her iPad to play calming music, and I felt like I was in a football stadium the whole time. She didn't even cover my eyes, and had the light beaming on my face the entire time. The treatment was painful, and that's something that wasn't conveyed before either. Overall I loved Olivia because of the massage she gave me in the end. But overall; the salon did not follow through with what they promised on their website. The treatments and services advertised were vastly different in quality from what was delivered. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reliable and hygienic facial experience. RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED & EXTREMELY GHETTO!!
