Abby has been cutting my hair for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else but her! She's excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. I barely wait more than 5 minutes with an appointment and she's quick but great at cutting my hair. Prices seem to be going up but it's how the world is now yet a haircut without blow dry is still inexpensive compared to other places. I will continue going to Abby for as long as I can :) read more

have been coming here for awhile now... just recently my last 2 haircuts was done by abbe... what a disaster! twice she cut my hair way too short when I specifically asked NOT to! today I had a haircut and I was left with bare line on the side of my head!!! I went back to get it fixed and she was unable to fix it! how unprofessional! I have been getting a haircut from this location from last few months now. Though, you check in online for a specific time, one still has to wait between 15 to 30 minutes extra. An advice to the owner, over the Weekend more stylists are needed along with better business hours to cater the large number of walk-ins. read more

My wife went there for a haircut. She is undergoing Chemotherapy and her hair will be falling out soon. So instead of having to face her long silver hair falling out she decided to cut it short first. Imagine her shock when she asked the hairstylist who would work on her to wear a mask. As EVERYONE BUT this woman knows, Chemo patients are highly susceptible to INFECTIONS because of their LOW White Blood Cell count. Instead of donning a mask, the Stylist said "She didnt have one". My wife returned to the car and brought her a spare one she had. The Stylist REFUSED to wear it saying" I'm not wearing that, I dont know where it came from". Then instead of placing a any type of cloth to cover her mouth, the Stylist "Do you want the cut or not"? I would have walked out but my wife felt she didnt know when she would get another opportunity for a haircut, so she stayed and had the work done. Fortunately, the Stylist finally had the common sense to keep her mouth shut so as not to spread whatever bacteria she carries. BTW, DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR to the SuperCut is a Physical REHABILITATION CENTER where EVERYONE wears masks. Obviously, the Stylist could have just gone next door to ask for one so she would know "where it came from". My wife will NEVER go to this Salon again. For those of you do, I hope you have a Stylist who is CONSIDERATE, COMPASSIONATE, and with a little bit of COMMON SENSE and INTELLIGENCE. Sad to say BUT American values have indeed gone downhill. read more

Single worst haircut I can remember getting. I was stunned when the stylist said she was done because there was no point at which it looked OK. Kelly at Supercuts in the Jake Brown Shopping Center on 516 in Old Bridge did an excellent, excellent job on my wife's haircut. I believe my wife has found a new place to have her hair done! My wife came home with the biggest smile on her face and I could see why. She explained to Kelly what she wanted, and Kelly must either have taken notes or is a great listener as the cut suits her perfectly. Was very happy with my experience here! I only had to wait about 5 minutes for a color and cut. Staff was extremely friendly and helped answer all my questions, as I wasn't entirely too sure what I was looking for. Salon was very clean as well.
