I got my first derma plane service done with Kimberly Phat and it was fantastic. My face was glowing and my friends noticed! It not only removes hairs, it is a deep exfoliator as well - like the best facial exfoliation. She also did a signature facial and it was the first time that I felt like I was with a true esthetician that gave me clear recommendations, noticed things and not only noticed but took care of them as well! She was very gentle (since she was blading my face basically!) and no one tried to upsell me on products or anything. I will definitely be booking again and trying different services there. The building looks very unassuming and random on the outside but once you are inside it like transforms into this very holistic, warm and serene kind of experience with lots of plants and earthy decor and calming fragrance in the air. I really loved the whole vibe. You have to book well in advance! I have tried to book with them multiple times and had to book further out than anticipated each time. If you want to bundle services, I recommend just giving them a call. I tried to do it and it didn't quite get communicated through the booking system. I will definitely be back! read more

I found the massage and environment incongruous for relaxation therapy. From the online bio, I chose someone trained in deep tissue but it was wimpy. Even when I asked for more pressure. Also, the bright skylights and loud music did not lend to relaxation. The saving grace was Brianne for the facial. Attentive and just the right touch. I tried to schedule her again but ran into a problem. I swore I reserved her for an early evening appointment, but I was sent a text two days before the appointment for a different hour. It might have been an error on my part, but I dislike how they don't have someone to answer the phone. They do return messages but in a two day window time period. No parking lot so hunt for a meter. We've had fantastic massages at Eden Spa before but tonight was probably the worst couples massage we've had, and it's a bit of a tradition for us. It was a 7:30pm massage so we assume the practitioners were both tired, but you need to adjust your hours if you can't give quality service at that time. Both of us just got light caresses the whole time even after requesting deep pressure. Still relaxing but not what we asked for. As a healthcare practitioner myself, I'm not one to complain or tip less because of poor service, just want to give a heads up to future customers to avoid the late time slots. I had an 80 minute massage session with Kaylala. Once the massage was done, I was asked by Kaylala how it was and I said it was good thank you. When I got dressed and left to go pay at the front desk, Kaylala stood right by the front desk person and there was also people in the waiting room, they then proceeded to ask me AGAIN how it was and I told them AGAIN the same answer that it was good, thank you. But that answer was not sufficient enough, because Kaylala proceeded to say that I needed to build trust and that it was going to take more time for me. I didn't think that I was that I was that tense, and was a little taken back that this conversation didn't occur in the room better yet if they noticed that a client is tense why wouldn't you address it while doing the massage and/or create a space for the client to be more relaxed, isn't that what this whole thing is about? Kayla proceeded to talk in front of the desk person and in front of the waiting room guests and started to talk about specific and personal areas of my body, going into detail about one of my scars. I was embarrassed because no one needed to know that at all, especially given how I got them. Then Kaylala didn't stop there they went on to say that I had never been touched in that way and I wasn't used to being touched in that way. First of all you don't know me and you don't know my history. Most importantly what is the point of that assumption and why was it necessary to vocalize that in front of others? With everyone staring at me. This was negligent and technically this was a HIPPA violation because you are discussing personal health matters in front of random people and also making false diagnoses in front of others about a client. Kaylala lacked respect for people's privacy, lacked professionalism and violated. For many reasons I am giving them and this place a 0 star. Also as for the massage. It was a basic light touch massage, there were moments where they seemed hyper focused on personal areas, and they would randomly snap their fingers throughout the massage. I didn't think too much of it because I was open to receiving the service. After everything I realized that the massage and this whole service wasn't about me as the client even after I spent $160. Kaylala uses this space to boost their ego, has ulterior intentions and attempts to projects their own beliefs and issues into other people's reality. Ps. I am also a black female that had this experience. Long story short avoid this place, protect your body and protect your energy. Not all Spa's are safe places despite appearances. After writing this same review on the business scheduling platform Vagara days ago, the manager reached out asking me to provide them with more information about what happened, even though my review was detailed exactly like this one. They had no specific questions just asking for more information because what I wrote and said was not enough for them to believe what happened. This whole place is a fake, hostile and negligent. Wow!! Eden Spa is AMAZING!! I got a facial from Rikki and without a doubt, this is the best facial I have ever received in my life. It was SO relaxing. The room was so nice and had a great ambiance. She was on time. AND even though I have sensitive skin, ALL of the products she used on me were amazing. She also tailored which products she was going to use based upon my skin type, which I felt was a nice touch. Parking was SO easy here as well. This is hands down my favorite spa in the Denver area and one of the best I have ever been to. I love seeing Rachel for my facial needs and their massages are great too. The zen vibe of the spa reminds me of my time in Asia and it's so calming. Between the music, decor, service & waterfalls it's the best sound and feeling. Even though I've walked past Eden zillions of times, the inside was still a surprise. It's sunny and cozy and lush and exactly what makes me feel relaxed and cozy. It wasn't overly-air conditioned, which is great for a massage when you're more exposed (at least for me, as I'm prone to getting cold!) My massage was great, but not exceptional. I would definitely go back if I lived in the neighborhood--they offer a locals discount--or if I found a deal or coupon. My massage therapist didn't feel the need to wear a mask in these small quarters. She offered me to takeoff my mask. When I asked if she was vaccinated... She said no.... I made the mistake of not asking when I booked the appointment, I know. I should have left when she told me her status. I'm not sure why I didn't. The catch is they require a credit card for you appt and they charged her credit card $170 for the same missed appt. Eden charged us $370 for a missed appt. The advantage to being a small business is being able to work with your customers and find solutions. Check their website for their specials - I was able to book a 2 hour massage and facial session for the price of a regular facial (+add on) for my next appointment. The location is easily accessible. There is metered parking out front. Some of the side streets offer free 2 hour parking. Once inside, it feels like an oasis. Lots of beautiful exposed brick, fountains and soft music. She brought so much care to my skin and switched things up from the usual offering based on what I needed.
