My wife had a massage/facial scheduled for 10:30 this morning (9/23). I purchased the package through Groupon and made the appointment over a week ago, letting the scheduler know it was a Groupon. I printed out the official voucher from my Groupon account (complete with bar code, tracking number, value of groupon, etc.), the same kind of voucher I use EVERY TIME that I use Groupon. Upon entry into Eden Spa, my wife was told that the voucher was not going to be accepted and that some kind of "receipt" was needed. Again, the voucher was official and could only be printed from my account (and it was valid until Oct. 29, 2014). Your employee also insulted my wife by implying that she was trying to defraud the spa. I believe the woman's exact words to my wife were, "Oh, anybody can print that (voucher) out and bring it in here I have since called Groupon to let them know about this terrible incident. They agreed to refund my money and make a note of this incident for their records. I am posting this on social media as a warning to others who may attempt to redeem their Groupon at Eden Spa. As a massage therapist herself, my wife was simply shocked at the behavior and treatment today. She does, however, feel badly for the Eden therapist today who lost both her hourly compensation and what would have been a very nice gratuity from a fellow massage therapist. yesterday I went for the first time to this massage place, it was my birthday gift from my sister in law. She booked for me a couple massage, and me and my hubby were thrilled to go and spend some time together ... We had a 5 pm appointment , but we were late, they called me on my phone informing me that i was about to get my massage minutes cut , I told them I was on my way, but if they had cut my minutes it would have been better if hey moved our appointment later on the same day or even to another day. The moved my appointment for the same day, but two hour later. We had a great time. The receptionist had a little trouble finding the payment my sister made, I had to call her on the phone and ask her to provide her cc info again, that's the only thing I did not like, did not seem professional to me, if was my birthday present and they kept asking and then repeating the amount she paid. I've been a to a few day spa in the past, and I have to say that this one is not bad. The day spa is located in a shopping plaza, which I feel gets hidden with all the other shops around it. As you walk in, the spa is quiet, with subtle and calming decor. Most importantly, the place is also clean. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful; and the practitioners were very professional and knowledgeable about their practice. I really felt like they were very receptive to their clients, and catered to what I needed. I fell asleep during my facial, therefore, I guess you can say that it was really relaxing. It seems as though they have really taken the time to find the best facial product to use; and I believe that is important. Prices can be high for one time clienteles; however, it is more affordable if you join up as a member. read more

I'm disappointed with this spa as their customer service is very poor. When I call to make a reservation the lady on the other line is unpleasant as they don't want to honor my voucher. Also, I had a hard time understanding the one who answered the phone as he/she's not fluent in english. I made a reservation even they don't want to honor my voucher because I just want to relax and it is the spa that is near from my place. But, when I went to the spa for my reservation the lady in front desk told me that they don't have any records of my reservation which pisses me off. I told her that I made a call to them for the reservation. They insist that I did not make a reservation. It's been a while since I have had a facial and was feeling my skin was looking drab and it was time to treat myself! I decided to do the classic facial. So I bought the voucher on groupon and came down at scheduled time , laying down for a facial session, I have pretty sensitive skin, and can't take anything too strong, surprisingly, unlike other reviews put down here, the lady (Kin) was knowledgeable, gentle and caring, she used a plant based peel that works like a glycerol peel but without leaving me red or flaky. Attention Medical students in the area. I had a terrible kink in my neck and needed it out asap so I could study efficiently for STEP. This was the only place that could fit me in around the area on a Sunday night. The price is worth it. They are Chinese trained in reflexology, pressure point massage, hot stones and healing aromas and provide the whole package all in one treatment. They spend the entire time with you. When you pay for 60minutes you get the full 60minutes. I had Tina specifically and will be going back next week. No one can put a price on the art of healing and repair. read more

I think ur experience all depends on the person giving your treatment., I have been twice for facials to the Spa's . Best facials of my life ever. The facialist took well over the hour I was slated to be there. After microdermabrasion, masks galore and a ridiculously relaxing leg.foot arm.shoulder massage, wesome, I don't want to leave the room. I will definitely come back for more sessions. I have chronic problems with muscle knots in my shoulders, and the massage therapists here are very highly skilled at getting out knots and relieving pain. They recently moved and had been closed for about 5 months which was very distressing to me. I tried other places during that time, sometimes 2 or 3 people at the same places, and I found only 1 person who had the same skill level. My favorite massage therapist at anna she is highly skilled at getting knots out in a way that will relieve pain, not create more! read more

I have been to fancy spas throughout south Florida and to be honest, you get more bang for your buck here then any other spas I have been to. Pulled my upper back muscles the other day working out and riding my bike and I was in some major pain. I was in the plaza later that day and thought I would see if they had any time available.
