I asked another CSR and he said 'if we have it, it's on aisle 10' I've learned that's code for 'I don't know if we have it, but if you go over there and it's not there, then we don't have it'. I get SO TIRED of wasting my time with retailers who have NO customer service. There is not understanding of what service is. Nothing more frustrating then having to burn diesel to get propane. I also found it impossible to get any decent advice on where I could get a refill. Not an exchange...a refill. Found a local named Mudhole on the job site from the area who told me about this little hidden gem. Killians Service Center. Not far from where I was staying and a route that involves absolutely no traffic. The guys that I dealt with were fast and friendly with the propane service and always willing to jump right on it when I came in. I hope this review helps another person on the lookout for propane. I called each day, every day for a week, was on hold every time for at least 20 minutes, and finally on the last day (because I could stay on hold), someone finally picked up. Their response to my need to get a refill? "You have to press #2. You pressed #1." No actually, I pushed #2, but as it was obvious the customer service rep had no interest in helping me, I hung up, called back, went through the exact same voicemail hell, and when someone finally picked up after 30+ minutes, he was very helpful, but overall all customer service, wait times, etc. are horrendous.

Called to inquire about this and, again, staff are unresponsive, stating that they would email the Monroe office and have them give me a call. That was November 15, still no word from anyone. This time I explained that the driver specifically told me that when he comes to my area and that if I needed service to call in the morning and let them know that he is ok with stopping by. The 3rd time I call for service, got the run around again. She took my info and said she'd have the driver come by, he never showed. So I called back and she said they're not coming because they don't want to fill a tank that's not theirs. I explained what the driver said and this time she put me on hold and then had the driver come tell me he can't come service me. They have been out to fill my tank 2 times since June of 2019, each time being a huge hassle. They are rude and unhelpful. I was told it would be another week at least. I called Routh Oil this morning and they delivered oil at 12:30 today. It was also less than Quality Oil. I guess they don't need customers.
