However, I spent half a day at the course at the first hole - now don't go crazy on me - I was there for a valid reason. At the first hole, I set up our company's corn hole boards. Each four-person team selected one person to throw a bag. Once they picked who that was - someone else from the team would pick a card and the card indicated how they had to throw the bag. If they got it in - they could minus a point and if they didn't - they gained a point and pictures were taken. Drinks were plentiful throughout the course and I heard from a lot of players that it was one of the best courses and by far a great day. The owners were their the entire time and they are the best people I could have asked for - no one was a golf snob and if I ever retire and have time - I'll be back to this course and take some lessons!

The guy working the club house said it was in the best condition of all the area courses, and he was not kidding. He also said "in general, don't miss right" which was also partially true... but really, he could have just said "don't miss" and it would have been just as palpable. The course is not very long for the most part, but is well protected by hazards. These manifest as natural reeded marsh, ponds and creeks, large pot bunkers, and just general woods. Accuracy is at a premium over distance, I think I only hit driver off the tee three times, opting instead for 3 wood or 3i hybrid in the majority of cases. The greens were immaculate, true rolls and good speed. In general, the course was very well maintained, the staff kind, bathroom breaks convenient and clean, and the drink cart girl showing up right when you needed her services! The starter let us go as a twosome without having to wait and be paired up, yay! We also hit a small bag of balls on the practice range before the round, and found it to be in good shape as well. We would absolutely play this gem of a golf course again.

A lot of locals come here for the restaurant and bar. There have even been a fair share of celebrities golfing at this stress free relaxing course. I recommend making a day out of randolph. When I played they only charged me half price because it was sprinkling that morning when I had gotten there and because of a forecast of rain, there were barely any golfers out. Reserving a tee time is usually just 3 days prior to your day of golf but he let us schedule early since we had a group of 7 and we had to arrange transportation and finalizing who was going to be able to play due to work schedules. As it turned out one of members could not make it at the last minute. You can bet that I will be returning here on another day to challenge those tough greens.

We were seated at a table overlooking the beautiful golf course. Such a beautiful sight at sunset! For me Friday night can only mean one thing, and that is a beer battered fish fry with French fries. My fish fry was delicious, but the french fries were ice cold. The waitress very graciously replaced them with steaming hot fresh french fries. My husband ordered the turkey gravy mashed potatoes plate. It looked wonderful. He thoroughly enjoyed his dinner.

We chose plated dinners and our guests raved about the quality and presentation of their choices. in short, the food was delicious! We chose to have our cocktail hour in the main bar. There we were tended to by Bert. He was fun, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our guests. We have been dealing with several vendors during the engagement, shower, rehearsal, and wedding process. Waited behind four groups, most groups left by the 9th hole. We made it to the 11th when the Marshall came out and said we were playing too slow, really?
